used to be called Priape and is now called 77SINS
any idea of why the name changed? new management?
I was an occasional customer when dragged there by some cute dancer who wanted me to buy him underwear.

Oh, I like "twinkling"! Gets me thinking about other possibilities, e.g. twinklet.

That always made me sad, considering it was HB who put this whole show together in the first place. He and Aaron Lawrence, to be exact.
I didn't know, or didn't remember, that AL was involved with creating this site's predecessor. If you -- or anyone else -- knows more, I (for one), would love to hear about it. [My intention was not to create a long excursus in the original topic -- if one of our tech experts can create a new topic on this subject, preserving these few posts, please feel free to do so with my thanks.]

<going off topic> oh, that name brings back memories...way way back I discovered his web site. And then, one day, he asked his readers to vote for him (as escort of the year?) on hooboy's site...and now, as a result, I'm here. Maybe Aaron Lawrence deserves his own thread.

I was at Campus several months ago and had lapdances from 4 different dancers. 2 of them asked me if I wanted to go back to my hotel room. This was my 2nd visit to Montreal and not sure of the rules so I turned them down. While I was enjoying the club with my friends, I did see 2 of the strippers fully clothed and leaving with clients. Is this normal at Campus? Stockbar too?
It's always hard to say what's "normal" based on a few visits each year. But I can say for sure that it's much more normal now than it was in the past. Back then, dancers were very wary about going back to the hotel with customers they didn't know well (and many just didn't do hotel privates, period). Typically it would take multiple evenings of lap dances before the question would get a "yes". (This is making me nostalgic about my first such experience...after asking and getting turned down on night 1, suddenly on night 3 the dancer, without any prompting from me, told me he'd be willing to go back to my hotel. When I asked what had changed, he said "now I know you.")
Nowadays, I am often offered hotel visits by dancers I'm chatting with at the bar, even before we've done a private lap dance.

For anyone who doesn't want to pay for the house tour, it's good to know that you can visit the gardens for free.
10 minutes ago, nycman said:At first I was like you "cheap bastard spring for the goddamn house tour".
Then I saw it was $55 for a 90 minute tour of that ugly ass monstrosity of a house…. I’ll be in the garden waiting.
I thought the paid tour was well worth the price (I did it a long time ago, around 2007). I had previously done the free gardens, but apart from the house itself, the tour includes many other landscaped parts of the estate. The pictures in @foxy's post give you an idea. Back then, it was imperative to reserve well in advance, at least in high tourist season...IIRC, we went online the moment the dates we were interested in went on sale.

Using the link above I logged out of RM and then was able to see KevenLeblanc's ad. Otherwise I was blocked still. A mystery as I have never met him or even tried to contact him.
The only thing I can say is he should change the first line of his ad which states "I am a young cute boy"? Lol
He's been on RM since 2016 and it doesn't get any older than that. If he is truly 27, he must have started escorting in his teens. Which actually is not all that unusual in Montreal.
Since I am from there I have met escorts now in the late 20's who have told me they started at 16. And years ago I met others in similar circumstances who had started even earlier. Of course today anyone engaging their services then would be criminally liable.
Me I prefer experienced mature escorts generally older than 25 and usually 35 or even older.
Late to this thread. I first met Keven at Campus in Montreal on his first day as a dancer. He was very young then (certainly in his teens), didn't know the ropes, and startled me with how far he was willing to go in a private dance (use your imagination) -- his initiative, not mine. Over the years, I would run into him from time to time at various strip clubs, sometimes as a dancer, sometimes as a customer, though he didn't appear to be a regular dancer at any of them. We would chat occasionally; he was always pleasant and interesting. Never got around to hiring him outside of the clubs, even when he started advertising. If the reports here are correct, I do wonder why he would choose to attend a private US university.

During WWII major strategic operations decisions were given these quixotic names, perhaps for security reasons during the planning stages. Names like Operation Overlord ( D-Day), Operation Torch (African invasion), Operation Jupiter (Norway), etc.
Historians and fans of reading about the war are the only people familiar with these names.
I'm not a particular fan of WWII history, but Torch and Overlord are familiar to me. Market Garden and Jupiter are a bridge too far.

Operation Market Garden
Thanks to @mike carey and @Luv2play for their responses. I did google it myself later in the day and found the explanation. But both @mike carey and wikipedia seemed to think that "Operation Market Garden" was something I would know about. Am I really so out of things? Is this something well-known to the most people?

Eclipsophile has complete information about all aspects of this eclipse, specifically including weather information for locations along the path of totality. I can tell you from experience that weather is the most important variable in choosing a viewing site. Here is another site with nice animations (although I couldn't find weather information there).

Years ago I bought something called a "Golden Age Passport," which gives free admission to anyone over 62--plus any passengers in their car--to all national parks. I don't know whether that card is still available, but it has more than paid for itself over the years.
My understanding (from a friend who recently bought one) is that an annual Golden Age Passport costs $20; a lifetime pass is $80. BUT...if you buy 4 annual passes (in 4 successive years? --not sure), you get, or can get, an annual pass free of charge.

I'd like to tip my mailman, but they never deliver my stuff before 5 or 6 at night. Nobody in my condo building even considers tipping for that reason.
Is it really your mailman's fault? In my neighborhood, the mail carriers have a full day's work and someone has to be last. My own mailman varies the order in which he does his route...he can arrive at my house any time in the afternoon between 1 and 6 pm.

When I was 17, back in the Dark Ages, I was cruised by a young man in the men's room of the Port Authority bus terminal in mid-town Manhattan. Curious, I followed him outside, where he introduced himself with a slight accent as "Michel." He smiled and asked, "Are you gay?" I was familiar with that adjective, meaning "light-spirited and enthusiastic," and since his name suggested he might not normally be an English-speaker, I figured it must be his awkward way of asking if I were interested in accompanying him. When I said, "Yes," he smiled and invited me back to his rented room nearby. When we arrived, he took off his clothes, so I did the same. To my surprise, he then kissed me passionately, threw me on his bed, and started preparing to fuck me. Shocked, I said, "Wait! What are you doing?" Giving me a puzzled look, he said, "But you said you were gay?!" I replied, "I thought you were asking if I were happy to meet you!" That's when he realized that he had picked up a complete neophyte, and he had to stop and calmly explain what "gay" meant to someone cruising in New York. He then proceeded to teach me everything that gay males did together. I was a willing pupil.
This is called an origin story I think....

One has to wonder why someone would ask such a question (in general; obviously there are specific circumstances or conversations where it might be appropriate).

When I "wondered" above, I had forgotten the most obvious way this happens...someone asking if you're married or have a girlfriend, which is not uncommon in social situations. I still find that an intrusive question, but less objectionable than "are you gay?".

.....when I expressed disappointment that every other patron in the place would now need to compete with DL for a dancer's attention, he said to not worry and I think it all worked out......
The dancers who were not invited to his table compensated by being extra attentive to the other customers, especially in the back rooms....

OH yeah. The DL had quite a reputation. Have not seen him in a long time. Rumor was that he would spend his bonus at the club. Must have been SOME bonus.
He would spend his afternoons/early evenings at Campus (that's when there was something actually happening at Campus in the afternoon) and then move on to Stock. He had a stable of retired dancers who would come out of the woodwork to sit at his table and enjoy his generosity. I once struck up a conversation with a couple of other out-of-town visitors at Campus and mentioned the DL and how he behaved...the guys laughed and said "that's our friend (name)". We compared enough details to convince me they knew him. They had lots of stories about him, most of which I've long since forgotten.
Although I initially found his presence annoying, I came to enjoy watching him interact with the dancers...and miss him and those Campus afternoons.

Thanks for the comprehensive report! Sounds like not much has changed at Stock from 6 months ago -- I, too, found Santiago (and no other dancer) worth the visit.
Is it still the case that Campus is essentially dead until 9 pm?

Always a concern.
But it's an occupational hazard.
An athletic cup would be incredibly painful throughout the entire event, and would restrict your mobility.
The referees do look at your every move and any "assault" to your scrotum, although possible, is avoided because it's a penalty and a point granted to your opponent.
That said...mistakes DO happen.
It's a tough sport !
So I've got to ask...how long does it take to get over the embarrassment of having your junk pretty obvious to the public? It happens quite often, judging from the pictures (not the obviously doctored ones) that are posted here and in the college wrestling thread.
Another question: In the moment are wrestlers so focused on the sport that they don't feel horny?

Some want an immediate, if not rushed, down to business approach. Others like to draw out every moment and it can be pretty erotic. I get into it either way. Honestly though I prefer the latter. Tends to happen to me with the clients I attract. I see more regulars than one and done clients.
Regulars who are into it like the slow, savoring, satisfaction of unwrapping in perfect patience. Teasing, exploring, exacting every inch of one another’s gradually more naked body until we’re down to underwear and still teasing and throbbing while keeping it on, until we’re both aching and ready to move on to more explicit action.
Even then, we step back from desperate intense primal urging and ravaging to some slow, sensual and relaxing moments and then dive back in again. Lots of heavy, paced buildup back and forth up to an incredibly heightened, charged climax.
Sometimes more than one climax depending on how long they are hiring for. Either way, it’s great having plenty of time to recover and relax and unwind and connect on another level as humans before starting to wrap up.
Or the wham, bam, thank you, man. Zip up and ship out with barely a word approach. I see the whole range.
What an ad for your services!

His name has come up periodically here. Here's what I wrote in response to one query: "...the real thing -- I can think of only 2 masseurs in 20 years as good as he is. Gives a real massage with extensive "sensual" elements. You should discuss what you're looking for erotically with him when booking -- his price goes up if you are interested in what he considers escort services (he also advertises on rentmen with a slightly different handle). He does not try to upsell you in the moment. I found his non-escort erotic massage more than enough. Highly recommended."
