This morning, I streamed Lin Manuel-Maranda's  tick, tick, BOOM,.  Glad I did.
This is a musical about a musical, starring Andrew Garfield.  
I was surprised Garfield can sing.  The quality of his voice reminded me of Ewan McGregor in Moulin Rouge!.  Nicely done.  Garfield is awesome.
A great cast!   Slate has a piece on all the fun cameos and references.
The movie is based on a Broadway writer from days gone by.   I recommend it.

Finally watched it.
Was a good show and good for me to hear.

Streep and Kidman together in Big Little Lies was must-see-TV for me.  Streep was amazing!!

I never get tired of watching A Room with a View  a film produced by Merchant Ivory Productions.   Producer Ismail Merchant and director James Ivory were life partners.  The story was drawn from the book by E.M. Forster, a gay British author. 
Lucy's brother, the sweet Freddy Honeychurch, is not a gay character although he is quite smitten with the character George Emmerson, so one might wonder. 
No need to clutch your pearls.  Rupert Graves was 22 when this filmed.

 
The hidden gem of the movie might be Daniel Day Lewis as the effete Cecil.
You might complain it's not really a gay movie.   
OK.
Then Maurice is another I never get tired of watching.  Another Merchant Ivory production based on another book by Forster. 
In this production, Ivory has Rupert Graves playing cricket instead of tennis.  He's still cute!  
 
 
 
 
 

The kiss shared by Eric Foreman (Topher Grace) and Buddy Morgan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) in an episode of That 70's Show.  I was envious of both of them.

I just finished my 3rd Chappelle show on Netflix.
Lot of food for thought.  
Sometimes he'll say something that can be  triggering, yes. 
But I'm a fan.
I look forward to his weaving the latest Netflix politically correctness meshugas into his act.

Has anyone seen the WWI Museum in KC or the Cowboy Museum in Oklahoma City?  They sound interesting but I never hear them praised much.
