I have seen Samgl twice: Once on my last trip to NYC in 2022 and once again this week.
I echo all of the wonderful reviews above.  The man is walking muscle.  I asked for a deep massage, and that's what I got.

I booked a 90-min session with Jose tonight. Perfect combo of therapeutic and sensual elements. I have read comments about the soft pressure he applies but it appears that his technique is he starts with light touches with repetitive movements. As the session progressed, however, he adds more pressure and at the same time add certain sensual elements to it. It may be YMMV but with me, it didn’t progress to anything erotic. Just the same, the sensual elements and energy he provided throughout the session were quite satisfying.
The unreleased energy was invigorating. It was a novel experience and I intend to repeat.

I've known couples who are both "Tops".  They make it work through mutual oral, and invite a shared Bottom over for mutual fun.  (I am often the shared Bottom)

This isn’t the first time I read that a massage provider from this spa had some form of “stomach ache”. And it usually happens on a weekend.

I didnt know Niel was working in HK too. Lol. I just had a 90mins combo with him. Really great with the Body Scrub, there is pressure but he was gentle. It was the first time I got to appreciate how he looks lol. Massage was great as usual. And he was also really generous with the giving 😏😏
this is one of the things I look forward to having when I go for massages in these types of place. Great service plus massage. And of course personality and attitude wise.

I’ve had some DMs so responding to my own thread here with an update.
I had a massage last night at Renew Spa 2 on Bowery with Tom. Super cute guy, 100% professional. VERY good deep therapeutic massage.
Had another with an unnamed guy at Rio Grande Massage on Mott and it was very soft massage if you’re into that. Very enjoyable but honestly not therapeutic. 

I don't mind, things happen, but you can call the person and let them know at least. That is the rude thing.

I had Enzo, not a fan.  Will not repeat.

I saw Cody last night. Great massage skills, sexy and personable. Provided an explosive ending. Will repeat.

Just had a very rude experience at HK men spa.
I have been to the spa more than 15 times now. I booked with Enzo over the phone for 1.5 hours.
I turn up and they send someone else into my massage room and he doesn’t speak English. I said I requested Enzo and I come back outside. Enzo (super unattractive guy btw, don’t recommend seeing him) is like ‘I have a stomach ache’ and he looked perfectly fine to me. I told him he could have called as this is not a good use of anyone’s time and he’s like ‘it happened just now’ which was obviously bullshit. I asked if there were any other masseurs (there were 3 guys strolling around and no one else was there and he said no they are booked). I left. 

Very disappointed by this experience and I hope someone takes action. This definitely soured my view of HK Men Spa.

You guys are awesome! Thank you all. @JackNYC I’m starting to change my tune on that one. I’m good to go in to the city, plus i think i might have a better experience if I’m in the masseur’s own space. 
Blessings seems hard to beat. I’ll reach out this evening. A little nervous, but the excitement has the upper hand at the moment. So let’s see what happens… 

I have seen Alex twice in the last couple of months. His positive reviews are well earned. Great guy as well as someone who provides a physically satisfying experience.

Saw him recently at New Yorker Men Spa. Looks exactly like his pics, very good looking and with a very positive attitude. Calm and intuitive, he provided a thorough and intimate massage. Will be back to see him again for sure.

SA, I know you mean well, but you are making assumptions that probably don't hold up for many of the guys who work in "spas."  First, that they have a space to host clients in NYC, much less in Manhattan.  Second, running an online ad requires a credit card or bank account to pay the fee.  It's not likely that many of these guys have such a thing.  Finally, as has been discussed here many times, some guys may need to stay "under the radar" for immigration reasons, or worse, are beholden to a "handler" of some kind who holds their passport and calls the shots.
Going freelance would be a big step for someone who perhaps is not fluent in English, or confident in being able to negotiate terms with a client.  The spas have the space and a more-or-less reliable flow of customers.  Yes, the money sucks for them, but it realistically may be the only viable option for many who work in them.

I posted this in 411 on 27 Mens, but it bears repeating. 
If it's true (and I'll bet it is) that $20/hr is the high end rate at NYC mens spas, then $20 should be the baseline tip for a massage with zero extras. Any service beyond that should be generously acknowledged.   
You cheapskates out there are ruining it for everyone when you get great service and don't tip accordingly. If masseurs expect to get shitty tips, they are forced to negotiate. 
Lead the way, be a gentleman, and tip well. The next customer will reap the benefit and one day that customer might be you!
