As a massage therapist, I’ve been experiencing so many no shows lately. Please just give us the courtesy of telling us you’re not coming. It’s a waste of not only our time, but our income. ❤️❤️

I'm happy so many of you have found a favorite but sadly for guys like me - who are into beefier more traditionally masculine/rugged types - it's a veritable desert. Aside from Rob maybe. IMHO a lot of the guys out there look like Instagram fitness models.

Also, 2020 was a bust for me because of Covid. I'll roll over to 2019 and say that the best erotic was Sergey - who doesnt advertise currently. There was another guy - Two Sides of the Coin - a really handsome, muscular silver daddy who was fantastic but he disappeared too. Oh well, maybe 2021 will be better.

I always assumed the lack of follow up was for discretion. I’m not sure everyone would want random texts from providers.

If I see someone visiting my city and I want a repeat I explicitly tell him to let me know when he’s coming back. That usually works.

Thanks .. .I know that was a long list. Now that i'm unemployed I have extra free time

Did you see my other post - works the same way from the masseur perspective. I'm sure they have some helpful feedback for clients

IntuitiveTactile reacted to Dallas Jayson in Why is that $150 is typical rate regardless of cities for masseurs?
I have no technical or scientific research to back this up, but I think a couple factors come to mind.
1] social media allows them to see what everyone else is doing
2] guys on sites like this often get nervous when "the fee is too low"
..you can always ask about the price being negotiable

While it i understand there have been such cases, they are extremely rare, so I would feel comfortable getting a massage from a masseur who had COVID.

Ahhh, it's the old "I can say whatever unsolicited nonsense I want, but you're hysterical and overreacting if you express an opinion about what I said". Good stuff.

I'll just point out that you were neither asking nor answering a question, so I'll politely decline your advice.

IntuitiveTactile reacted to RubMyThighs in Massage w/ Mask & Gloves Acceptable?
I have had some masked massages by a straight male massage therapist who helps me with some lower back issues. We have been doing it outside (probably not an option where you are, but I’m in Los Angeles). Instead you want to have good ventilation; whether that is an open window with a breeze or Hepa-filtered air, this aspect is important.

I find that having the mask on while I’m in the face cradle isn’t bad as long as I use a blue surgical mask which is more breathable than some of the cotton fabric masks I have.

I think the gloves are a bad move. Not only will they feel bad (and the happy ending with gloves?), they are not necessary from a sanitizing perspective. He should just wash his hands and not touch his face.

    I think it’s doable

because viral load is a factor in whether you develop the illness. The longer your are in the room together, the more particles you are inhaling.

Casually brushing my hand against his thigh or private areas has been quite rewarding for me, particularly after I've flipped over. Even if I'm not visibly aroused at first - I find masseurs quickly respond to caresses and most of the time we've ended up in much more sensual territory.

I don’t mind a goofy face shot if others indicate something normal on the menu as well.
$200 for in-home with no extras. I really love a great therapeutic session, and if I knew he could deliver the goods, why not? A service at a spa will run close to that - but you needn’t freak about common wet areas, and all the other things you may touch.

I would recommend a Master Massage table - I've used them for years. Rated to 700 lbs - some up to 1,500lbs. Wait for them to go on sale on overstock.com - that is where I got mine. ?

Definitely earlier in the day, say 8am-2pm. I like a provider who is accustomed to getting up early in the morning, having a workout and shower and then be ready for massaging. They seem to be the most healthy group.

I prefer to get massages around noon to no later than 3pm. I find that the guys are not so tired earlier in the day. Of course, that sometimes backfires when they do have the energy but don't want to "expel" it ? themselves so they still have energy later (on those occasions when it could go that far). lol I actually have a session scheduled at 10am next week, but that's only because I have a very specific window of opportunity to meet for a massage. It's been a long dry spell these past six months so I need to make up for lost time! ?

I've learned to view the profile while signed in (they can see if you viewed even if you don't message through their site) and I try to send at least one message via their site. I sent a good review just the other day and one "how are you?" message through their site was enough for the review to go through. I had another one that I only viewed while signed in but texted outside their site; it still went through. But I had another review denied solely because I never even signed in to view the guy's profile, and of course I never messaged via their site, only via text. They said there was no proof that we met.

IntuitiveTactile reacted to + FrankR in What to do if your falling in love with your regular masseur or escort ?
As you can tell, this is fairly common. Every hobby has a dark side and this is it for us.
    1) Disengaging is important. You may feel like you are “dating” but you are not. Don’t keep texting the guy. Don’t meet with him in person to “break up”.
    2) If he keeps texting you (why wouldn’t he - you are a paying client) be respectful but clear: I have other commitments and cannot see you. That is not a lie - your commitment is to yourself and your own mental wellbeing. Get your priorities straight.
    3) Make it stick. It is not a negotiation. Be polite but resolute. Even if it breaks your heart and wants to make you cry.
Block his number if you have to.
    4) Learn from the experience. Professionals (doctors, lawyers, auditors) all learn how to grow a thicker skin and to maintain an emotional distance. You can do that too.

My comments probably make me sound like a heartless person. I assure you that is not the case. I care for many of the guys I have met. Experience is the hardest teacher... Good luck! ?
