All this is why you need a good attorney. Some of these things are hard to sort out and local laws vary. When I sold my house in the Chicago burbs the buyers wanted me to pay for all sorts of things including totally replacing the piping. The attorney was the one who found the clause that said something like “items that are in working condition and that are common for houses in the neighborhood of the same age are not the sellers responsibility”. Bingo. That described the plumbing to a T. But, something like a collapsing retaining wall would now since it is clearly not in good condition.
And then the buyers moved a working washer dryer to the garage for storage and months later tried to claim it was my problem when it wasn’t working. Myattorney was on that like white on rice.
The west loop has been a victim of its own success and is wild crazy busy. The green line station has helped with transportation but most trips will require a chance of train. If you fly a fair bit (in normal times) look close to the blue line for ORD or the orange for MDW.
Sleeping in. He still has jizz in his chest hair from last night. I got up to take a whiz and brush my teeth and I’m about to crawl back and give him a wake up blow job that will lead to a wild fuck followed by cuddling. Later will be a huge lunch out somewhere. Then a nap followed by more fun.
The Loews ( a great property, BTW) also has a nice little lounge around the corner from the lobby, facing the street. You can just sit there and you'll see your date walking up. Stand up, walk around the corner and greet him at the front door.
But. People are tired of it and don't care, so they throw off their mask and do whatever they damn well want to since "it's a free country". All very sad and so unnecessary.

House Hunters produced a few shows where they had comics comment on reruns of episodes, sort of like Mystery Science Theater. Mildly amusing, but they seemed to run out of material quickly.
I have a friend in the food chain industry. They’re having record sales now, can’t keep the inventory they could sell to stores. But they’re also planning for a downturn when everyone asks “why did I buy all this shit.”
