  1. Not in NY, but I think these sort of shared spaces are fairly common.
  2. One where the address turned out to be a sort of SRO place. I should have bailed, but the guy showed up outside to meet me and we went through a lobby where a sort of maintenance person gave us the eagle eye and arrive at a room that was clean but clearly only used for meet up purposes. After a not very good experience I ended the session early and escaped with nothing bad happening, it just wasn't anything I'd want to repeat. After that I paid more attention to location and saw several ads from guys who were all giving the same "close to" address. I'm sure they were all sharing the same space,
  3. Indeed. And I had the impression that at least at home the Germans were trained to sit, not stand.
  4. I have a clown phobia, but I'll forgive him that. He's HOT.
  5. Depending on where you live, there are several GLBT libraries in various citiies. I'm sure they'd take them. This is the one in Chicago https://www.gerberhart.org/ Or, put them in of those little take one leave one library boxes and watch the little old ladies blush and then slip one into their purse. Hours of entertainment
  6. And it turns out that he didn't even eat his own stuff. In a news flash - both Ragu and Prego were developed in a commercial kitchens, and there is no Betty Crocker.
  7. I went down the mistebnb route once. At the last moment they flaked and had some crazy reason. I got my money back but I was done.
  8. I never answer if I don’t know who they are. Any repeat known caller I add to my contacts so they come up by name. My phone is always on silent so unless I happen to be online when they call, everything goes into either missed calls or voicemail. I reply to anything important quickly. I check my phone frequently, so replies to legit callers don’t wait long. Unknown calls also go into missed calls. If they leave a voicemail I will listen and reply if it’s from someone legit. I do a lot of gig work so it isn’t unusual to get calls from unknown callers, although this is increasingly via text. Those I reply to. I’d say maybe 1 in 100 from someone unknown is a legit call and I figure if they want me they’ll leave a message.
  9. I have T-Mobile Simple Choice, I think that plan may be obsolete but I'm grandfathered. I do think they have a new similar plan. I pay one monthly charge and it's good almost globally, with just a few exceptions. It just works. The data is slow speed but does work. When I need something fast I can usually find WiFI for the price of a cup of coffee, and hotels these days usually include it.
  10. Used the same accountant for years. He knows his stuff, keeps up with tax changes via seminars and other training events. Has all the latest technology needed to prepare and file taxes and I'm good.
  11. This. As a somewhat older, but not over the hill gentleman I was thoroughly dismissed and shamed and left almost as soo as I arrived. Snottiest place I've been.
  12. Yeah - there used to be (or still are) similar sites for masseurs. They seem to scrape other sites and then wrap a whole bunch of ads around it. As you say, most of them were filled with outdated information. From time to time I'd find someone from the past that I remembered - when I tried to contact them it was clear that they weren't around any more.
  13. College Hunks is the subject of Undercover Boss on CBS tonight (Friday 1/7) If nothing else there could be some eye candy.
  14. A few times for me. I lived in apartment on the second floor of a building that faced the street. Directly across the street was a similar building with bit windows facing the street. The couple made a habit of walking around naked, but I never caught anything more exciting than that. In Iceland, there was a straight couple across the street who routinely did the dirty right in front of their window. I can confirm that Icelanders are hung! At a conference hotel right across from the one I was in, again a straight couple was funking like wild horses with the woman pressed against the window - you couldn't not watch. People do get caught. I have a friend who could often see a nude woman walking around her apartment cleaning. One time the curtains were tightly closed and he reported that the gossip was the cops had come to give her a warning. But mostly, no, if I look out windows, all I mostly see is other people sitting in the living room watching TV.
  15. I do. The temp can be much warmer during the day. But come sleepy time it goes down to 68. Any warmer and I can’t get a good night’s sleep and sleep is important! The trade off is higher bills, but that’s just the price I have to pay.
  16. Not him, but now I’m reminded of another NYC guy from the past. His stage name included the word “cowboy” IIRC and he fucked like the 👿. I came 5 times.
  17. I always hated it, but I resonate with the Vietnamese cuisine comment. That was my gateway into the world of cilantro for some reason. Hated it. Now I love it after enjoying it in Vietnamese good.
  18. Due to copyright violations. That's OK by me.
  19. The regular sketchy Saturday delivery service here.
  20. Not the gym but I spotted quite the pair while out on a walk yesterday. Bright yellow so you couldn’t miss them. The shorts covered maybe 1/2 inch of leg. Cut so as to create a huge bulge in the front, and on the rear they cut just under a world class bubble butt making the glutes move up and down as he strutted. I’d call them “barely legal.”
  21. But it’s really bad form to change lines once you’ve chosen one. Possibly causing a Costco version of road rage.
  22. Premium at my Costco in Chicago was $3.69 this noon. Lines were crushingly long, but the pumps were really slow - so a combination of more customers and general slowness. Many of the people pumping gas had seemingly had a brain fart and acted like they'd never pumped gas before in their lives.
  23. This as well. Just the toe or toes one at a time on the step with the heel hanging over the edge. Go down as far as you can, hold a few seconds - you should feel some stretching. Do a few reps. It's OK to hang onto the railing if you wish.
