Are those here who are over 65 getting the senior flu shot?

It seems to be all over the place - I'd read that the senior shots were scarce, bur they seem readily available in the midwest.  I made an appointment at CVS and got both the booster and the flu shot at the same time, which I don't recommend - ouch. It's never been a problem before, but this time is hasn't shown up on MyChart after six weeks. I called and was told it is "awaiting revier" and that Covid boosters aren't a priority to get on the record right now!

  2. I’ve had three cases of where things just weren’t the same. All had been sizzling hot through multiple sessions.

One seemed distracted by other things and I learned that he had a new job and was transitioning out of the business and that he was only seeing me for old time. Fine, he was honest.

Another, we had a connection mixup that I thought was solved - he called to ask “are we still on” at a moment when I couldn’t take the call.  I called back within 10 minutes and got voicemail. I left a message to confirm and gave exact coordinates. Despite repeated attempts, He never contacted me back and that’s the last I ever heard from him. Still a mystery.

The third one was a case of here I think he was high. Previously he was on point, funny and a great lover. The last time he showed up distracted, immediately initiated the session and left with no real communication. He also smelled a little. Previously he always left a thank you text afterwords. That time nothing, and I just move on.

A 34-year-old Ohio man fell to his death from his hotel room balcony in South Carolina during Hurricane Ian while he was trying to perform a handstand.

Markell Hope, of Akron, was staying at the Patricia Grand Hotel in Myrtle Beach when he attempted the stunt about 3:30 p.m. Sept. 30, as the storm was passing through, Horry County Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard told WYFF.

He fell 15 floors to his death, officials said.

I don't know what's more idiotic-- doing a handstand on a balcony during a hurricane, or vacationing in South Carolina.

One more reason why Myrtle Beach needs to be wiped off the planet.

  4. I try to be careful and only hire guys who have well reviewed over a length of time. The time I slipped was a visiting dude who essentially flipped me over, fucked for maybe 5 minutes, and got off me and headed toward the bathroom saying "we're done". The shower running was a clear indication that we were indeed done.

Thank God I retired early. When I did work, I had my own company and we had an easy going company culture.

This again shows how much has changed. Today, when I hear the phrase "easy going company culture" all sorts of red flags instantly go up.

  6. It isn't just humor, I find myself self-censoring, especially at work where everyone's raw nerves are on their skin. I mostly just listen these days to avoid offending anyone, and possibly getting written up. Every very common expressions that I've used my entire life and just sort of pop out unless I've super careful will trigger someone.

I’d rather have them dressed and hire a third to collect car keys to be returned after breathalyzer.

For awhile hiring valet parking service for parties was a thing in our neighborhood. There was plenty of street parking so it just seemed like showing off. Then the crooks figured it out and they'd set up a parking service and then make off with the cars.

  8. A few years ago I lived in a condo that faces a building with floor to ceiling glass walls. There was a guy who regularly cleaned naked, including the windows where he spent more time than strictly necessary. But I don't think he was hired. It stopped, and I asked a neighbor who'd heard that someone had called the police. No more eye candy.

I’m having a problem finding a good doctor period.  No one is taking new patients.  Been doctor shopping since mine retired

Depending on where you are, major medical centers are popping out clinics all over the place and most have primary care doctors, new ones will need to build up a client base. They tend to be younger, but that's OK by me, and I figure if they're part of  major medical center they should be good. The places I'm familiar with all the websites that list the physicians with pictures, where they trained, specialties, etc. The one I'm looking at trained in the US and at a major world-renowned medical center in London. And there's a button to push to make an appointment. There's a new one right around the corner from where I live and I'm about to make the move. And, they're in plan.

  10. One of the advantages of living in a big city and using a big medical center. The the existence of tools like MyChart.  My results are there for me to look at - often before I'm home. A small benefit now is that I can download my vaccine records from there right to my phone - saves lugging around the stupid covid card!

But to the OP - so sorry for all this. You one should have to go through something that unprofessional.

  11. It's possible. I've done it with a guy I've hired before. I was sort of in a place where I needed a good hug. We started the session with some extended hugging and cuddling before things started to heat up. Great sex ensued.

It wasn't planned, I just said "mind if we cuddle a bit" and he said "its your time..."
