Who ever thought we'd be arguing that a bone marrow transplant is worse than living with HIV? My how times have changed! And for the record this is more of an interesting scientific blip....than a cure all. Many others have attempted this same "cure" and failed. There's a reason you haven't heard of another case in the last ten years. It wasn't for lack of trying. In fact all the other attempts either died from the treatment or had their HIV return. Also, there is a strain of HIV that is immune to this treatment. I understand there are a few more "in the pipeline" that may also be "cured" but they're waiting for at least a year to pass before declaring them "cured"

I’ve been in Vegas several times during shows. It’s fun to walk around looking at all the beef on display. Most of them are narcissistic and insecure show ponies who get off on the attention. In fact, with so many of them around, they seem to be even more anxious for attention than usual. There is an uptick on RM of muscle....but it’s mostly of the expensive vanilla muscle worship variety. I can do that for free on the casino floor. I don't see the point of paying for it.

This is the best advice of all. Indeed, good doctors know good doctors. In general, they won’t bad mouth their colleges. But listen for very strong words of praise like “He’s an outstanding surgeon”, or “I would let him operate on my family members. Also listen for faint praise like “he’s a good surgeon”, or “I’ve never heard of any problems with his care”. That is damning with faint praise and doctors do it all the time. Think about it. You don’t want a “good” doctor....you want a GREAT doctor.

My time tested advice: As soon as you realize that you are being deceived...leave without payment. You don’t want to do business with someone who lies to you. Even if they are beautiful. It never ends well.
