Exactly. Why not take him at his word, and then carefully reach out again at a future date? He may very well be staying at the home of a client, and unable to get away to meet someone else, or unable to commit this early to meeting someone else.
Just be respectful in your messages and always make it clear that you read his previous messages and understood them. In other words, you can wait until closer to the day and say "Hi, just checking in about your travel plans. I understand that you'll be staying with someone and might not have the flexibility to meet me" etc.
Once in the past I overthought a provider's offhand comment, and decided he wasn't interested in meeting me again. After I re-read his messages sometime later, I realized I had read all of that into why he wrote. Happy I went through that because he turned out to be one of my favorite regulars, and it taught me to read carefully and not to assume intent, particularly in texting where there's so little nuance and context.
    Good luck!

As SecretProvider says, it's easy to think of reasons why this situation might arise. And maybe if this was Viewing's first attempt to book, it's a red flag and that's that. I know a provider who was recently in exactly this situation, having traveled to another country to meet a client. So he knew he would be in this other country but, under obligation to his host/primary client, not knowing how much flexibility he might have to provide services to others. It still makes sense to put that trip on his profile, otherwise he might miss out on new clients, and why not advertise in a new city to test local interest for future trips? Until he's there, he may not be able to gauge his host's comfort with the provider meeting other clients.

Or maybe he is staying in the home of someone and not able to see clients on this trip. Perhaps he doesn't want to plan many months ahead. I don't know of any providers who like to plan that far ahead.

I met with Anvar again recently, still highly recommended. I was prepared this time for his deposit request (which he will waive for same-day bookings), and since I'd seen him already I didn't mind paying it. Really enjoyed my time with him!

Let me put it this way: in other threads on this forum, several members said that he did provide both. He told me that he does not provided those services, so I'll leave this answer as consistent with what he told me, even if I know otherwise. I'd say that as another member suggests, he's clearly a case of YMMV.

I agree with this. I prefer to read something positive on here before trying someone new, but this isn't always possible, particularly when traveling. So once in a while I rely on the factors Apex listed above. Maybe I've just been really lucky, or maybe copy/messages/instinct really are enough, because it's worked out great for me so far! Some cities don't seem to have a stable base of highly-rated (and thoroughly discussed on here) providers, which is surprising...

Agreed, and I don't usually mention those experiences here because they've never been bad so much as not great. I think this might be due to differences in expectations, for instance I prefer a proper therapeutic-only massage to a mediocre sex-pretty-much-guaranteed massage.

The deinstitutionalization movement, which began in the 1950s and accelerated after the passage of the Community Mental Health Act in the 60s, aimed to promote individual rights and community integration for people with mental illness. However, while this shift sought to move care from large psychiatric institutions to community-based services, it did not come with sufficient support systems, leading to inadequate resources for those released. Although halfway houses were established to aid in this integration, many individuals chose to remain on the streets, often due to the lack of supportive environments.
PS. If this is your idea of foreplay, it’s working.

I feel like this is a common theme on here, and it might be a misunderstanding of how this business works... as others have pointed out before, you don't pay an escort to show up, you pay them to leave. That is a good start to understanding why people who don't have to pay for sex might choose to pay for sex. If you talk to providers, you'll know that they occasionally even hire each other, and they're the very definition of someone who doesn't have to pay for sex.
