  1. Since 2020, the most common board game I play is Pandemic. I've played it about a dozen times this week alone with visiting house guests. I have several expansion packs to the base game, to make it different each time. Another recent favorite board game is Wingspan.
  2. I found this description to be accurate of Mike Gait when I hired him in 2019. With me he was not shy or awkward at all. He took charge, and even arranged a 3-way with his husband. I very much enjoyed his versatility and masculine, take-charge personality.
  3. Agree! Maybe the city should focus on diverting beggers and campers away from the sidewalks and repurpose some of that valuable roadway real estate for additional on-street parking to combat the high cost of living and working in that city. Never mind the gas prices... Focus on reducing parking prices.
  4. Remember the 80/20 rule for sustainability. 80% of the income should come from 20% of the customers. Find a few regular clients and focus on retaining each of them for repeat frequent visits, instead of chasing a new client every day. The same ratio is found in nature. On peas, 20% of the pods produce 80% of the peas 🫛 In a business, 20% of the employees perform 80% of the work. Hang on to those 20% employees! At a charity, 20% of the donors make up 80% of the donations. Maintain good relationships with those 20%. In a state with a stable economy, 80% of taxes paid already come from the highest 20% of income earners. Don't piss off or try to squeeze more out of the highest 20% or they'll leave, and then the state can't sustain itself.
  5. My absolute favorite masseuse was at a spa in Albany almost 20 years ago. She worked deep tissue deeper than anyone I've seen for massage before or since. However, I've stopped seeing masseuses years ago. One masseuse in Mexico began non-consentual inappropriate touching with me when I was on the table. So I figured to protect my innocence (I'm platinum-star gay) I would never see a female for a massage again. Now I only see masseurs, so if the masseur can't help but to fondle me at least I consent to it.
  6. I like Blaine in Miami. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/25925/ He, too, hosts in downtown Miami so parking can be a pain. However, I've been seeing him for years and he takes care of me: I let him know my license plate and parking Zone# when I arrive, and he takes care of the parking "app" for me. I tip him, of course, but it's part of making for an overall relaxing experience.
  7. The most walking I did was back in 2008-2013 when I was a Boy Scout leader. Ironically, even though that's when I walked the most (hiked a few mountains and canyons) it's also when I spent the most on gas. I remember the pain at the pump as I drove a van full of boy scouts across the West in the summers to explore and camp and hike. I remember how painful it was to stop in California and fill that van with gas during the summer of 2008. 2012 hurt too, but by then we learned to avoid California and drive to Colorado that year instead, so gas prices were still high but at least not California high.
  8. Agree! When I was in NYC last month, I didn't take an automobile anywhere. I used the bus and PATH trains to travel between EWR and Chelsea, and used the buses and subway to travel Manhattan and the Bronx. While I went cheap and used the $1.90 NJ Transit bus instead of the $14 AirTrain at EWR, I save my money for only traveling First/Business class on flights. I did complain about the hassle it has become to pay transit fares with cash these days (in one instance, I couldn't load my OMNY card with the $3 to ride the subway because the bill reader at that station was out of order, and there are no coin slots on the OMNY vending machines). I had to walk to another subway station in the rain to pay the fare. Here in Las Vegas, I fill my gas tank about 2 or 3 times per month (I refill when it gets half empty). I spend less on gas each month than I do on electricity to cool my 3,000+ sq-ft house (which costs $100-$200/month in the summer to keep cool), but I prioritize the convenience of the car in my suburban lifestyle. I only use transit in Las Vegas a few times per year.
  9. Indeed, many are in denial to forget that gas prices are not as high as they were in 2008-2012. 2012 had the highest price per gallon since 1918, adjusted for inflation. The red line on the graph is national average gas prices adjusted to 2026 dollars: Source: https://inflationdata.com/articles/inflation-adjusted-prices/inflation-adjusted-gasoline-prices/ People did take to the streets during the gas price highs of early 2010s, demanding that key pipelines be built to help with energy security and reduce costs. If the beggers on 14th Street in NYC are paying Manhattan prices for gas to fill their cars, then they must be doing better than the working families in NYC who don't even own a car and rely on NYC's great public transit.
  10. If the man's rates are reasonable and offers massage, my desired session length is 2 hours to include massage then play. For strictly sex sessions, I typically just hire for 1 hour but recently hired a man for 90 minutes and it started with talking/drinking/making out, then fucking, then a cuddle/kiss/talk, then a "now time for Round 2" of fucking.
  11. He was very good... And shirtless for most of the first half of the play! 😉
  12. Well, I mentioned race, as the topic is race. I can see how one could read the original post that way. The original post used color as a descriptor, but one could also focus the question on primarily being turned on by men who perform only the traditionally masculine role in sex, but losing interest if one learns the masculine persona hides a man who has performed the traditionally feminine role. Whether the race assigned at birth or the race one identifies as (if different than the race assigned at birth) compliments the traditionally masculine or feminine sexual role all plays a part. Just look at all the posts in the Deli or Spa sking for recommendations specifically for asian feminine twinks or latin day-laborer-type masculine hunks. In my experience, I find that a cis man who has previously taken a dick up the ass makes a better top than one who hasn't.
  13. Having lost my virginity in college, I constantly had sexual encounters that were focused on lust and raunchy sex. Once I started hiring, it was nice to be appreciated for something more than just my body... My wallet 💰
  14. This is why my "box" mattress sits directly on the floor and not on a bedframe. The standard bedframe is not equipped to hold a King size mattress with a half-dozen men thrusting at once.
  15. The prices I encountered in NYC ($135-$400) did not include condoms. Some included lube.
  16. It is customary to tip at a massage parlor or brothel or strip club where you pay at the rate the house/madam/pimp charges; but, it is not customary to tip an independent masseur or escort who sets his own rates. Offering extra to compensate when time goes over is polite, but also not expected.
  17. To be fair, it was a 9-night trip, not a week. The 9-nights included 8 hired sessions, 6 lap dances at Spunk and BuffDaddys, and 3 free hookups. There was to be a 9th hired session and a few more hookups, but I had to cancel...I was just too tired some nights. I also squeezed in 5 Broadway shows and 1 Off-Broadway show, and sightseeing from the Bronx to the Battery. Every week is not like this. I usually only hire daily or every other day when I travel. At home in Las Vegas I rely on a group of regular friends with benefits, and only hire once every few weeks (prices are cheaper than NYC prices, especially for massage).
  18. They've always had the large buckets on the bar for tips during the shower shows, which I regularly used. But most other customers didn't use them. Most dancers in the shower watched me tip into the buckets and therefore never solicited additional tips from me afterwards while they made their rounds. Glad to hear that management is addressing the tipping dynamic, as it was overwhelming especially to new strip club patrons.
  19. I can't speak for apartments, but dogs are much worse than neighbor's children for detached housing in the suburbs. I plan on moving to Florida next and getting a house on the water, because I'd rather deal with a crocodile 🐊 than a neighbor's barking dog (which the crocodile 🐊 will take care of 😊)
  20. Are you looking for a masseur or an escort? Depending on what you want, you can Search 🔎 (using the 🔎 icon above) either the "Spa" or "Deli" page with the keyword "Brooklyn".
  21. I had the pleasure of hiring Volodymyr on my trip to NYC last week. His rates are fantastic ($135/hr), and he came directly to my hotel in Chelsea after his day job as a trainer in a nearby gym. He's completely nude during the massage and looks amazing, the massage was good as usual, and the massage progresses each additional time I see him 😊
  22. I saw Jose_Ok last week in NYC. He hosted at his place in Chelsea (ground floor apartment) on a professional table. The massage was great and the play was great. He looks exactly like his photos. If I didn't know that he had been advertising a while, I would guess he was late 20s based on his appearance. I highly recommend.
  23. I hired ClassicColt again last week when I was in NYC. I asked if he could host since he previously mentioned he had a wide assortment of toys available for play together. His apartment in Chelsea was very neat and clean and the playtime was better than I could have anticipated! He does have 2 cats which he didn't mention in advance, and despite his claims of anti-allergin and anti-dander medicines my eyes were beginning to water as I left his apartment after our session (I am extremely allergic to pussy 😺). So, while I will continue to eagerly hire ClassicColt every trip to NYC, I will choose to host going forward. But anyone without a cat allergy will find his apartment clean and tidy, perfectly setup for kink play. https://rentmen.eu/ClassicColt
  24. I suppose he turned 18 three years ago when you took him to The Happiest Place on Earth. Now that he's 21, you should bring him there again this summer to celebrate his college graduation! 🤣 It may have been his 50th birthday. I don't know if it was any "milestone" birthday, but we've been seeing each other regularly for decades and he had never been to Disneyland so I offered for his birthday.
