  2. This ⬆️ If I intend to hire for an outcall, I give the provider my nearest cross streets in my initial communication when asking for his availability and rate. (Example: "I can host at my hotel in Manhattan, in Chelsea at 28th & 6th", or travel to you if you're near the subway") Then, I'll provide the exact address once we've established a rate and meeting time.
  3. 😯 Then I won't be sending you my Christmas card this year 🎄.
  4. When a well-reviewed escort, masseur, and contributor says Don't pay up front, what more do you need? DON'T PAY UP FRONT!
  5. EVERY city needs a gay strip club. It should be a UN fundamental human right!
  6. It went from monkeypox, to mpox, to no name. It's unbelievable that even now the letter "m" is so offensive to some that this pox must now have no name 🤣 Thank Goodness chickens haven't had their feathers ruffled (pun intended) over a virus named after them yet. Then chicken pox becomes cpox, then eventually we can't talk about it all! Won't be able to Pick a Little Talk a Little about it.... Not even a peep!
  7. That's probably why I have not stayed there yet.
  8. In Los Angeles or Palm Springs at Christmas, I need a heavy jacket in the evenings. I'll be in Wilton Manors (Ft Lauderdale), Florida, for Christmas 🎄this year. Hope to get some pool time in each day. It may not be "warm", but I shouldn't need a jacket even at night.
  9. Palm Springs should be even colder than Los Angeles. Deserts can get cold in the winter!
  10. @TorontoTwink, the link to your Rent Men profile in your signature seems to be out of date.
  11. Most of the dancers are not doctors; most don't have any formal university education. Tip what you feel like, if it's too little, the dancer will leave. After a pole or shower dance, I tipped 100 pesos (about $6 US) of I was actually watching the dance and the dancer got naked. If the dancer just stood there in his underwear or Speedo, or if my back was turned to the show, I don't tip. A few people tip more, many less or not all. While a few dancers dressed as a firefighter or police officer during the dance, no one was dressed as a Lieutenant My go-to gay hotel, Hotel Mercurio, closed last year. Casa Cupula is gay and nice, but pricey. Check out Pinata PV. I haven't stayed, but it has a good central location and is gay men only. Avoid Mantamar/Almar, it's gay in name-only. Every person I've met who stayed there (myself included) complained of the pages of fees and the headache it was to bring a guest to your room. I stay mostly at my timeshare closer to the airport and Uber into the Romantic Zone most evenings. Try to find a hotel in the Romantic Zone with decent reviews and is not all-inclusive.
  12. Random question… when you ask if bareback is ok and they say yes, does that imply that they’re also ok with breeding? Or, do you ask about that separately? No, I never ask in advance to be bred. Gotta leave some things up to the professional to decide in the moment.
  13. Ask HIM (before you agree to it). I've had responses that ranged from outrageous $1000 to free. Around song 4, I once asked a dancer if he was available to come to my hotel room for sex. He quoted me a very reasonable price (around $100), stating that I already paid most of his fee in tips for his lap dance songs. In the past few months at strip clubs (including NYC and other places), I've been quoted prices from hundreds of dollars for a blowjob (which I declined), to $100 for bareback fucking right there in the club (which I accepted).
  14. As for Deposits, Nudes, and Sexting: I keep my messages brief. 2 to 3 messages, confirming rate, date/time, location, and that bareback is okay. I have the money ready and in view when we meet, but always pay at the end. And NEVER send a deposit for an hour/multi-hour meeting. I'm okay with ordering a RideShare. I always send one clothed picture of myself so the provider knows who he is meeting (after we agreed upon a date/time and rate...I don't want the provider to feel he has to give me a "good looking" discount 😉). In the rare instances a provider initiates some "sexting" as foreplay in advance of our meeting, I respond and may include a nude photo of myself to keep the energy going. But I always wait for the provider to initiate, which has happened only a few times.
  15. I use sex with my gardener in lieu of payment. If he mows my lawn and I refuse to give him a blowjob, then am I the one being sexually assaulted or is he? These hypotheticals are ridiculous, because I would: A. Never refuse to compensate the man who mows my lawn, and B. Never refuse to blow the man who mows my lawn.
  16. Hunqz is used quite a lot throughout Europe. Hunqz and other sites are mentioned in the Travel forums, under the respective continents in which you are wishing to hire. As always, never send any deposits, regardless where you find these guys.
  17. The rest of us would like to know as well. Feel free to post here.

  19. Attitudes change over time. 20 years ago:
  20. Johnsons announced via Facebook that it will sell tickets for New Year's Eve, but I haven't seen it yet on its website.
  21. Towels are worn by some at Wet Dreams, because the boys just got out of the shower show. The rest wear underwear, but will lower it often. At 69, the boys are in their underwear and lower it often.
  22. I read somewhere (Financial Samurai) that wealthy people should not have more than 40% of their net worth tied up in their house. So, with $2 Million net worth, someone's house should not exceed $800K. I've looked, and I can't buy a $800K one bedroom in Manhattan and feel wealthy. I'm looking at moving to Ft Lauderdale in 2 years, and even $800K there doesn't buy anything that would scream "wealthy".
  23. You won't pay that little for taxes on a condo/co-op in a year in Manhattan, much less on an actual house in the West Village. I'm guessing a house in Manhattan in @pubic_assistance's neighborhood (West Village) starts at $12-15 Million. So, $90,000/year in taxes is less than 1% of the property value, which is about right.
