How Do Y'all Afford Hiring These Days?
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to + Gar1eth's topic in Questions About Hiring
Agree 💯 Plus, you should also consider the "time value" of money. A dollar today is not only worth more than it will be in the future, but it has the potential to work for you. If you claim social security early but never spend it until age 70, only invest it, you will almost always do better by claiming early and investing on your own than by delaying until age 70. -

penalty for in call (Zodxblakk)
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to viewing ownly's topic in Spas & Masseurs
I'm confused. How many men did you have to communicate with to arrange a massage? Were you trying to set up a 4 hand massage with 2 or more different massuers? Were they friends recommended by ZODXBLAKK, or masseurs you picked yourself? In my experience, I haven't had to contact multiple people to book a single massage... Even at a spa. -
I had the pleasure of seeing Maus again this weekend in Palm Springs. After a few other escorts opened me up, Maus came in for the big finale. It never ceases to amaze me how great he feels. Run, don't walk, to hire Maus now... Because if you are a bottom, you won't be able to walk much after a session with him. But for you tops out there, he is versatile, as you can see from the great variety of porn he's been featured in. Enjoy this man!

I continue to have great hiring experiences with Bode, both when I visit NYC and this weekend at Palm Springs. He's refreshing company in the pool, at dinner, and in the bedroom

Attention! – Annual Palm Springs Weekend, 2025
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to + Oliver's topic in The Lounge
You have until Tuesday for taxes, no? Do them after the weekend! Just kidding, sorry to miss you. Hope to see you at future gatherings -
Simon is great. I booked for 2 hours and I'm glad I did. I would see him again in San Diego or wherever he travels. I saw him while he was traveling, and he has a very comfortable table set up in his hotel room. He also had a comfortable bed.

I've seen Simon for a 2 hour massage/combo session, and it was everything I could hope for. I recommend him.

Bear market! Recession has it begun.

Preach! My heating bill reached $70 this February, and it's never been more than $50. We had some cold snaps in Las Vegas. But, I'm invested for the long term. Who knows, it might go down as energy prices drop further -
I haven't seen the play yet. But just because it's based on someone else's life experience other than my own does not mean it's not the truth to them

A trick another top used on me was to start with a condom, and then pull it off right before he was about to cum for the last few thrusts. I believe it's called "stealthing". He stayed protected until just before the very end... And then got to enjoy those last few thrusts bare.... And I got a load... So it's a Win/Win/Win. Edit: Not knowing he was going to do it was the best part. I didn't know until he showed me a video he took, also without my knowing, which was hot 🔥

Great to keep in mind for our personal finances (which is the topic we can discuss, not politics). I checked my portfolio yesterday. Nothing was too out of balance to warrant rebalancing at this time. My investments represent a cross section of the markets and are doing just fine. Particular good for me this year: Energy and Real Estate Investment Trusts -
When was the last time you were at Twist? The reviews here and on Google Maps say dancers are gone, and patrons are mostly women (most of the Google map reviews are by women). The attractions advertised on Twist's website are men in drag, a female bartender, a Latin music night, and DJs.... No dancers. The place for appreciating any male bodies is in Ft Lauderdale and Wilton Manors: Johnsons, Le boy, and Boardwalk.

Is going to college still worth it?
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to marylander1940's topic in Personal Finance & Investing
I agree. I am very grateful for my college education. Entering university, I was very good at mathematics. I studied civil engineering which had lots of classes in math, physics, technical writing, chemistry, geology, economics, etc. While my education in my specialty has paid dividends for my career, I am very grateful for my elective courses which introduced me to sociology, music appreciation, and a better understanding of early Western cultures and literature. A good university education should be deep in one subject to help a student hone his craft, and yet broad enough so he is exposed to subjects outside of his expertise. -

I keep my investments split 80/10/10 to stocks, bonds, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). The 80% stocks is 1/3 each in US Large, US Mid/Small, and Foreign Developed/Emerging stocks. I check my allocation monthly. Whenever one allocation is up 20% relative to its assigned share of my portfolio (example: my 10% bonds is now 12%), I sell that surplus and buy extra of whatever is most below my set asset allocation. By checking monthly and rebalancing whenever something is 20% higher than my target allocation, I've successfully sold stocks at the 2008 high, bought stocks at the 2009 low, sold stocks in February 2020, and bought stocks at the March 2020 low. And...I sleep well every night. I haven't had to rebalance in a few years... it doesn't matter if bull/bear markets last months or years, because I rebalance at set ratios not a set time frame.
