I've been traveling extensively the past month in Central and Southern Africa. Options have been very limited. My NYC regulars keep texting me...I guess they miss me. 😋

In Philly I have 3 regulars that I have a great time with, but that is all I would consider hiring for a city that size.

Guys: He used to spell his name Alfonsoo (with two o’s) it so might help to use that spelling when you search for him. I saw Alfonsoo twice a few years back, both times my Plan B for the day. Update on Ken back in NYC… happily reunited. Jealous of those ever-youth Asian genes, he doesn’t seem to have aged a bit since last seeing him 5 years ago. Still in amazing shape, maybe a tad more built.  Ken’s massage is now serious, damn good and deep, and sometimes brutal pressure if you like it that way. He’s really upped his technique with no knot missed. There were zero sensual elements. Even on flipping over he’s still focused on the massage and every muscle. Thanks for the advice.  I'm ahead of the game on my retirement contributiins, having contributed 30%-50% of my gross salary every year in my 20s, and over 25% of my gross salary every year in my 30s, all to Roth's.  Most of my debt is low interest 2%-3% mortgage and temporary credit card offers, so I had been just piling my salary into Roth's instead of paying down debt.  Now that I have some debt at over 8% interest, I want to aggressively pay off that 8%+ debt before I go back to funding my Roth's again.

There are income limits for a Roth IRA - you can make too much money to qualify...but there are ways around it. Most firms use a financial firm to administer their 401k - like Vanguard, Fidelity or Empower.  These firms often offer free advice and you can ask to speak to an advisor about a Roth - just don't let them talk you into doing a rollover (moving money from your 401k to an IRA). If you like podcasts - the Moneygirl podcast has episodes on retirement accounts that will be an hour well spent, before you talk to an advisor.
