I couldn't get through the first episode. The post production voice dubbing into English really annoyed me - not well done. I guess Netflix is shifting so great deal of their production to lower cost countries like South Korea, etc, but it takes away from the production. I will have to get used to it.

I watched both parts 1 and 2 again on a rainy day. It was okay - definitely star studded, but it didn't do a good job of telling the story. The Syfy channel mini series did a better job in staying true to the story and dealing with all the moving parts. I also like the Syfy channel follow up "Children of Dune" as it continues the story. As a bonus, it had a great soundtrack.

I would advise caution and a long conversation with your doctor. Specifically about side effects. My doctor told me that ongoing use of doxi can impact bone density and discolor teeth etc. Shared some studies with me. Ask questions and make an informed decision.

Well, since I am obviously an old curmudgeon , I am not sure what annoys me more: excessive bumping or those that say "PM me for details" but never reply to PMs even if you see them active here on the forum! I find both annoying but I live with it.

You really shouldn't take advice or put too much stock into the experience of smart asses on a public forum. 🤓 Outcome depends on your age, shape, diet, exercise and supplement routines. Basic intermittent fasting works for me at my age, shape and current exercise and supplement plan. Find a good advisor that can meet with you and discuss your needs and current situation.
