As already spoken by others you don't have that many choices there but some guys from San Francisco might do outcalls to San Jose if the new client is legitimate.
You can also rent a car and go to San Francisco. It's a city with low density and in many neighborhoods you have street parking available.

San Jose is kind of a desert for providers. I’m not sure why. I figured with all the tech money sloshing around Silicon Valley a healthy market would develop, but I discovered to my surprise and delight while visiting a couple weeks ago that San Jose is underserved. This is an interesting topic.   Let me say that with some clients,  I naturally just don't get off.   It is about the client and not me.    
It is also helpful for those days when we have multiple clients in a day.   If you would expect your provider to get off with you,  I'd make sure
