I am looking at the bigger picture, what exactly is this show about.   Steven Moffat (“Doctor Who,” “Sherlock”) adapted “The Time Traveler’s Wife” into an HBO series because he’s a fan of the book.  `NYPost
I understand that the blow job scene is straight out of the book that this show is based on, so I like the way the author's mind focused on what a young man might do if given the opportunity.  
 
What caught my attention is how handsome Theo James is and how often he's naked.   Yeah, I know, that sounds pretty shallow.   But also Steven Moffat has a way that appeals.

One massage therapist I saw a few times provided anal massage as part of the experience, using a warmed-up cucumber (I think he had it in sitting in hot water before "application"). It was usually a decent sized cucumber (possibly zucchini?) and it felt great having this hot (temperature) penetration at the massage mid-point. The truly unexpected/surprising thing was he once offered it to me after the massage, as if I wanted to take it home to put it in a salad. 🤨

Hired him. I agree with @SamMiller213. There's something odd about him. He's hot on the outside, but unlike many of the providers he seems to have an uncomfortable relationship with pleasure. During my massage, I glanced up and saw the same look of disassociation on his face that you can glimpse in his old pornos. He's probably 30, but while I was naked on his table I started to doubt his ability to consent to what I hoped would happen next. That ruined it for me.

Did the book have much to say about Martha Mitchell. 
I see Netflix has a documentary on her, if i may.
 

It's titled Watergate A New History, and it's written by Garrett M. Graff, the director for cyber initiatives at the Aspen Institute and author of several books. Without the notes and index, it still takes up almost 700 pages. And, it's an interesting read.
It would be easier if we hadn't just been through the Trump presidency to engage in presidential acts of 50 years ago. Nixon might seem saintly in comparison. But so tired am I of reading about presidential misdeeds that the Watergate book is not getting the attention I want to give it.
In order to keep it to one volume, things are mentioned that deserve more attention. The idea that General Al Haig was in over his head is only suggested in a footnote. But the book does allow me to revisit the Nixon years. Most of the principals are dead now, and it does seem like a long time ago. But that's history, isn't it?
Anyway, I just passed page 500.

Their Website welcomes these claims against massage therapists, such as this accused gentleman.

Finally got around to watching The Irishman.  The holiday weekend was perfect for dividing into a 2-part watch.
Best part for me was Al Pacino.   Always enjoyed him. 
But yeah, the whole movie is good.   Highly recommended.

I went with Mrs Meyer's brand laundry detergent and also their dryer sheets for the last month.   So far, no itching.   I'm sticking with Mrs. Meyers!  👍

Laundry detergent makes my skin itch.   Has anyone found a good laundry detergent product for sensitive skin?
I use one of the mainstream detergent brands, their Free and Gentle option.   However, my skin still itches.
There is another brand with a Free and Clear option.   I'll try it  and see what happens.
However, I expect I'll get the same result from any of the mainstream brands at Target for example.
What other options are out there?    
 
 

My college reunion is coming up soon.  
Being closeted in fly-over country was pretty common.  One guy has come out, but honestly, I don't know if traveling that far to see him or some of the other guys appeals to me.   
My best friend in the house will be there.  It would be nice to see him again.      
Maybe the weirdest part of going back is a pretty heavy bromance mixed with some sexual play I had with one guy for two years.    Even after college, we were dealing with it for a little while, though by then I no longer wanted anything  down-low like we'd been in college.  He'd hinted to me that he still did.  
Several years later I was offered a job on the west coast  while he was getting ready for his 2nd marriage.   I've been out here 20+ years with no contact.
I really never knew what was going on inside his head and still don't, such as why he was in touch, encouraging me to attend.   Perhaps he is just trying to remember the good times.  Can't fault him for that.
