Situations like these are definitely tough calls. What people MUST do prior to taking or not taking any action is seriously consider the possible consequences of that action or lack of. Unicorn I'm not concerned about the covid19 situation in Mexico. I'm concerned about the U.S. requirement that I present a negative covid19 test results taken no more than 72 hours prior to my return flight to the U.S. I was scheduled to have a sinus procedure in late December which required a negative covid19 test. The test came back positive BUT turned out to be a false positive. Even though it was obvious, from the beginning, that the test was inaccurate I was forced to delay my procedure until March. Thus my concern is that since I've already had one false positive I just might get another one in Mexico and have to quarantine myself there for ten day prior to returning home.

Well dcsmlxl here is a quick recap of the weekends events. Most participants arrive in Palm Springs on either Thursday or Friday. In the past DavidSF has hosted, on Friday, an afternoon gathering/pool party at his home. He supplies refreshments and it is all very relaxed. This is a hosted event so there is no charge for those attending. The only thing participants bring is anything special they want to drink. In the past there has been a dinner, at a local Mexican restaurant, after the pool party. It is possible that this event will not take place this year because there is so much food provided at the pool event that most people aren't hungry enough to warrant a dinner. Under consideration, for this coming year, is a possible farewell breakfast Monday morning
