During the initial stages of the pandemic knowledge regarding its transmission was little understood even in the scientific community. Unicorn, now, when I make a reservation at a nice restaurant I have gotten into the habit of asking if they have printed menus. If the answer is NO I thank the receptionists for her/his time and explain that in that case I won't be making a reservation.
