In 1967, my first partner and I had a close friend who published a gay magazine (Drum) that was available to subscribers only. He had recently acquired a young boyfriend who had ambitions to become a professional photographer. One weekend I went away somewhere, and when I got home, I asked my partner what he had done while I was away, and he just said, "Oh, I hung around with Clark and Jimmy." When I received the next issue of the magazine, I was stunned to see that the back cover of the issue was a color photo of my partner, lying naked on his back in a field of grass, one leg discretely raised to hide his genitals. I exclaimed, "Why did you do that?!" He said, "Oh, Neil Edwards [a well-known physique photographer] was with us, and I thought he was just teaching Jimmy how to take photos. Clark didn't tell me it was going to be published." Knowing what an exhibitionist my partner was, I didn't really believe him. I still have the copy of the magazine.

30 years ago when I was in my 30s, sexy and desirable I was asked by a friend who owned an Art Gallery to pose naked with other 4 guys for a known painter.

If you are thinking this long and hard about this, you should do it.  Here in the US, nudity is taken much too seriously.  More Prudity than Nudity.  
I have no desire to see my body, naked or not, but as it happens, I have little concern about others seeing it.  In the evenings, I would walk onto my porch nude if the weather was permitting.  If I needed to take in the trash cans, I would check for traffic, but I found it refreshing to take that brief stroll briefless.  I have also been on stage naked and go to nude beaches and will go nude at the pool if the host is okay with that.  Come to Palm Springs in April, if you dare and see for yourself.  Trying to get into better shape for that but that is not really going to happen.  I wish I had more to be boastful about when I am naked, but I see no point in being ashamed.  I am what I am.

I just returned from my first Atlantis cruise.  It was a long one.  There were lots of men of all ages (adults only) on this Virgin ship.
