Wow, the spreads are really getting larger.  After Cooper's post I went to check a 6 month treasury that executed yesterday and the annual equivalent rate is 5.3%.  Wonder if the banks are pricing in the lower rates for their CD's to make sure they don't get squeezed.

I just checked my spreadsheet from end of 2019 and was shocked to find we are more than double our net worth since then.  But our situation has nothing to do with Covid...but having a spouse who was able to work throughout (nurse) and even got some bonuses here and there didn't hurt.

Yes to Late Birds!  Stayed there for our first trip after Covid and the hotel was awesome.  It's very nice and, even though it seems to have wooden floors throughout, I never heard anyone walking around in another room like I have in other hotels.  It's also on a quiet back street which helps with traffic noise.

I did all three at the same time at CVS (they said it was safe to do so) about a month ago.  I will never do that again.  Hit me like a mac truck for about a day or two.  Luckily, the effects wore off pretty fast, but still...never again.

Since 2000, there have only been 7 increases greater than 3.2%...so it's not that out of the norm.

I just saw he got rid of the lines that said he is not available.  However, on his ad he states that he requires a minimum of 2 hours.  If anyone knows what he would charge for 2 hours, could you let me know (by IM if you prefer).
