  1. I emailed MF last week regarding this issue, and they replied that they were in the process of developing a new review system, and would be rolling it out in a few weeks. Currently you cannot post reviews on MF. In a few weeks you will be able to.
  2. That would leave only 2 choices 1) Post your ad and provide them the info they need and trust them with your info or 2) Don't trust them with your info and don't post an ad.....which would mean no advertising and no business. I would go with choice #1. If you go with choice #2 you will not be working at all. As far as which site to advertise on....I would go with Rentmasseur. They allow you total freedom in photos and ad copy, are WAY cheaper in pricing ($39 on Rentmasseur vs. up to $277 on Masseurfinder)....and are growing by leaps and bounds every day. Each day I check them out their listings are growing. A good sign that other masseurs know Rentmasseur is the smart and better choice.
  3. @Typical , I like your side note.....agree with you. $160/hr. in Augusta, Maine?
  4. The guy is a basket case. There are tons of threads about him here, and they are all not good. I never had a massage from him, but did call and inquire on the phone and could not get off the phone with him. I just had a few questions and he ended up telling me his life story, and not in a calm, friendly way. More in a manic, mentally unstable way. It gave me the creeps, and finally I had to just end the conversation. I would stay away.
  5. @captain1, wow....you seem REALLY interested in him and as you said he is close to you. You have bumped this a few times with only one reply that said he is therapeutic only.. My advice is to pay his low rate ($50/30 minutes or $100/hr.) and try him yourself. If it does not work out , at least you will know, and will hardly be out any money, since his rates are so cheap. If you don't go, you might be bumping this for the next few years and he might not be doing massage anymore.
  6. @BostonTom , this sounds more like an escort session than a massage session the way you describe it. You said it best "This guy's idea of a massage session is basically you sucking him." That is an escort session in my book. Maybe you should tell him to post an escort ad. It would be more of an honest way for him to advertise himself, plus he would get paid more. Just saying....
  7. I would NEVER trust ANYONE telling me they are HIV negative ( a masseur, a date, a quick hook up......which your massage was).....and then have unprotected sex with them. Just because they say they are negative does not make it true. I know we all can get carried away in the moment, and if they say they are negative we believe them, and want it to be true, and will do foolish things. But I lived through the horror during the height of the Aids epidemic and watched friends die, and would NEVER take someone's word if they casually said they are negative. Safe sex always, I don't care what they tell me.
  8. I think the second photo is MUCH hotter......looks more like a hot Oregon boy!
  9. No. They have no need to. In the event the massage turns sexual, it is up to the client to treat the encounter as they would with ANYONE they have sex with ( a masseur, a date, a Grinder hook up, etc.) using all the necessary precautions to make it safe sex. One piece of advice though: in this massage forum I have seen many times people talking about a massage going the sexual route.....if it comes to fucking, remember that condoms and massage oil don't mix (broken condoms). So if you are covered with oil from the massage, and then it gets sexual and the masseur takes out a condom to fuck you, don't get caught up in the moment and go there. And if you do, make sure you shower off all that massage oil first to avoid broken condoms. Just saying.....
  10. $175 hr? Only last year I thought $150/hr was a stretch. Prices sure are rising...
  11. The straight thing I take with a grain of salt. A masseur can tell you ANYTHING re: their sexuality.......they can easily make up if they are straight. Case in point: I had an outcall to my home from a "straight"masseur a few years ago. I had mentioned I was gay in conversation. During the massage this "straight"masseur would make idle comments such as "yep, totally comfortable massaging a gay man." And then: "yup, married 5 years to a wonderful woman, and totally comfortable massaging you". And then back again to "yep, doesn't bother me you are gay and I am straight, love doing massage on you." It was getting annoying, but I put up with it, knowing I would never hire him again. Finally, when the massage was nearing the end, he started massaging near my groin, and I got hard. He the leaned over and pleaded urgently..."Dmitri, would you fuck me, PLEASE!" So much for the "straight"masseur. I got up from the table, paid him, thanked him for the massage, and told him to go home and fuck his wife. So I just ignore it if a masseur tells me they are straight. You just never know the real truth.
  12. In his ad text he said he is a good masseuse. To bad.....I was looking for a masseur
  13. $150/hr for what you just described? Hell, No!
  14. Hate the "Ask" on his ad or ANY ads. You have a price.....just post it!
  15. Only thing that makes me uncomfortable with this thread is that if the masseur is doing the massage ( and using massage oil or lotion, which I assume they all use.....no dry massage)....and then the masseur gets frisky and slips on a condom, either on you or himself, and then consensual fucking begins....isn't there a huge risk of the condom breaking with the massage oil/lotion your body and his hands are covered with? I would be naive to think that both jump in the shower and rinse off the oil, or that the masseur is using a water based lubricant to do the massage. That would be my major concern, that massage oil/lotion and condoms don't mix, since the oil breaks the condom. I have many masseurs attracted to me and want to fuck, but I stop them for this very reason.
  16. I think it is THE massage site to use. It has all the features that appeal to me. Uncensored ads being the MOST important, versus Massurfinder and MassageM4M which are useless since the masseurs are censored by what they can say in their ads, and no shirtless photos. RM , since they are offshore, are an anything goes massage site. Their masseurs are shirtless, and in their ads they can use words like nude, happy ending, etc. (ah, reminds of the good old days, before the censorship of MF and M4M). I find the layout on RM refreshing, I LOVE the question and answer portion of the ads where you can learn more about the masseurs, plus they have private photos, so you can see some naked shots. And the masseurs on the site are increasing daily. The site is not perfect, (no site is) but I think the site is a winner compared to MF or M4M.
  17. I think it was just what he said "he is only comfortable meeting people the first time on his own turf." Plus he said he only takes incalls. Many masseurs just do incalls at their place. Apart from the "sketchy" appearance of where he works out of, nothing seems odd here. I think sometimes we all suffer from "analysis paralysis." He was upfront with you. I admire that. If his response and location do not work for you, move on. There are plenty of masseurs out there.
  18. My chiropractor told me once that Bob Hope got a massage every morning and every evening. He would sign his masseur to a one year contract to provide the service. It was understood that the masseur would only work for him for one year. At the end of the year, he would let the masseur go, and hire another masseur for the next year, and so on. He did this for the rest of his life.I think I would go that route.....
  19. There sure is truth that people look like their dogs, in pics #2 and #4. Wow...amazing!
  20. $150/hr seems pricey for a situation that is not totally private. I expect to pay that at a private location at a masseur's home....or maybe at an outcall location at my hotel on business. Not in a location such as described here, with limited privacy and discretion.
  21. Interesting ears.....
  22. @Cliff , as mentioned before in this forum, they remove contact info for the masseurs between 12 am - 6am. MF (lamely!) feels that illicit activities will occur if you contact a masseur in the middle of the night. But as we all know, that stuff goes on no matter WHAT time of day or night you contact a masseur from MF. What Masseurfinder REALLY needs to do is post somewhere on the website that masseur's contact info is "unavailable between 12am-6am." They REALLY need to clarify this in full view, so clients like yourself are not so confused. It is also a disservice to their advertisers, since many clients might not return to the site, being given the impression there is no contact info for the masseurs. MF has become a VERY poorly run website since they lack basic communication skills, for both clients and masseurs.
  23. I always use text first.....phone call second....email last choice because of the reason you stated. @asntop74 , why didn't you text or call him? That way he can't give an excuse like he gave. If you use email, the masseur has an easy out that he did not see it until it was to late, like in your example. With text or phone calling it is instant.
  24. I kind of feel like the masseurs have us by the balls. (pun intended) If they raise their prices, we have no option but to pay it. Our only other choice is to not to pay it, and not hire them, which means no erotic massages for us. And for many of us that is not an option, since then we only have places like Massage Envy for strictly therapeutic. I really feel like erotic massage prices are getting crazy.
  25. I have noticed over the past month or two that prices are rising. Masseurs who used to be in the $140-$150/range have raised their prices to the $160-$170 range. (My price point had always stopped at $150.) I have also seen a larger number of masseurs now in the $180 range. Any ideas why the sudden increase?
