Providers definitely dealt with a lot of flakes and scammers during the pandemic I'm guessing, more than ever. It's just one of those days I guess lol.

This morning he messages me to confirm a time and I wanted to clarify the donation subject. He said no and ghosted. The 2nd guy said he takes donations upfront to get things out the way. Considering the backlash the government is facing over it, there's reports it might be removed in the coming month or so. We will see. If you're fully vaccinated and travelling by land especially, the PCR is ridiculous. But then again I'm just reacting off of frustration.

He's probably just been busy. I actually just spoke to @tristanbaldwin . He's doing great just busy with his main job. I just wanted to see where he's mainly stationed now so I can plan accordingly. So we can travel pretty much. But the "issue" is no matter how you travel, land or air, Canadians cannot travel back home without a PCR test. Rapid antigen tests are not allowed. The problem with PCR tests is depending on where you get one it can cost anywhere from $200-300 CDN. Land travel opened up for Canadians last Monday and a lot of officials on both the Canadian and U.S. side (especially in Niagara Falls/Buffalo) are annoyed with this requirement. While I'm sure others like myself can pay the PCR no worries, it feels like a money grab much like the ridiculous $2000 quarantine hotel the Canadian government had implemented for travellers flying back into Canada. Had a few trips to the U.S. planned for this month which I had to cancel. So until that PCR requirement is gone, I'm staying put.

Simply amazing. Just waiting for the unnecessary final hurdle to be removed from travelling so I can finally enjoy a TB experience.

Good to know. After seeing this I checked the profiles attached to the messages I was getting. Low and behold at least 5 of the accounts are deleted and no longer active. I'm not even going to waste my time. I tried updating my profile blurb for people to contact me via my email but an hour later I got a message from SA stating thats not allowed and I have to remove it.

I signed up my 1st Seeking account a few weeks back. It's just basic so sadly I don't see all the messages I've gotten so far. I'm not paying that $99 membership, but from the sounds of it in these posts there's a lot of time wasting so money saved I guess lol.
