My local annual regulars are $250, $300, $300 and $350. In NYC my annual regulars are $300, $350, $350. If I host I provide Uber to Brooklyn, otherwise I'll just get a hotel for the day in the city.

I'm guessing because of SF's reputation for being the gay capital of America (and also a major city) that there's a spike with local and visiting providers.

I'd 1000% do so for Ryan. He seems to be in a weird place. A few months back he did a GoFundMe because he wasn't getting as much studio work anymore and had some personal + health expenses to take care of. It depends on the major city. I still see the minimum over the past year or so being $350-300 in most cases. Even in New York. Obviously there's the premium 1% looks and physique wise whose ask is in the $400-500 range. One slight trend I've seen locally the past few months is some guys who were asking for $350 have now dropped back to $300.

Same recent experience. Though, I was quoted a rate. He requested a picture and was blunt that its mandatory to meet (chemistry). To each their own, I respectfully moved on. In the moment it was a tad annoying since I had my sights on booking him for a few appointments.

I should be very thankful then. Pretty much every provider I've hired have finished, something that I mention is important prior to booking. Can only think of two who said they don't/couldn't or that it was extra.

Social media definitely has to be one way. I've personally been successful pulling in muscle guys (some attached, families etc) from Instagram. Similar to what @7829V said, it takes time though.
