The ad has been re-activated for a while now. It expired briefly for a short period a few weeks back. The photos thing, while I won't say scam (that's harsh), it's definitely something both Bolton and Julio have been doing for a while now. Never update new photos, and when ones are updated it's the same recycled photos we've seen years ago just with an updated date. In Julio's case, the majority of photos #2-#12 have been recycled.
