What I find so interesting is that I have never EVER met a straight guy that thinks a smelly dirty pussy is hot and increases their libidos. On the contrary. I was just about to post on this series too. Can't wait to see how it all comes out. I love the fact that the series is just as much about the author/investigator as it is about the rapist/murderer.I'm getting more hooked on "I'll Be Gone in the Dark". I am having a hard time NOT googling to find whether the EAR/ONS guy was ever caught, I don't want to spoil it. I suspect many in this situation are rationalizing that they no longer need to wear a mask. To be clear, I am not endorsing this stance.Chicago is not alone. I take the NYC subway to work every week day. A surprising number of people don’t wear masks, have the mask dangling below their chin or just covering their mouth but not the nose. This is a big-budget very mainstream superhero film featuring a gay couple in major roles. After reading an article that this was a breakthrough for films which will reach a huge international audience I decided to watch it. Its also the first film of this type directed by an African-American woman. Comic book films are not my cup of tea (although I loved HBO's Watchmen) and I did not care much for it, but others may enjoy it.

Its good to be optimistic, but this is the reality as I see it.Wow, Thanks Mr. DOOM AND GLOOM. I truly believe we will get through this and get back to some semblance of normalcy sometime. The countries will find a way for us in a 'dysfunctional pariah state' to visit again. And, I truly believe we will find a cure / vaccine / treatment sooner than later. Too many people are working on it.

Air travel is rapidly becoming obsolete. In addition to the health risks to travelers and airline personnel it is environmentally unsustainable. Most business travel is unnecessary given the technological alternatives. Travel for pleasure is out of the question for more and more people as they lose their jobs and the economy tanks. International travel, whether for business or pleasure, will disappear for Americans as the rest of the world takes measures to protect itself from plague-spreading residents of a dysfunctional pariah state. This is great news! The crimes which inspired MEMORIES OF MURDER have finally been solved. I hope this motivates people to take another look at this great film. It would make a great double feature with PARASITE.PARASITE definitely deserves a Best Picture nomination. I have not seen SNOWPIERCER but added it to my Netflix queue. MOTHER is also very good, but my favorite Bong Joon-ho film is MEMORIES OF MURDER. I've seen it three times.
