Got a massage from Allen.  One of the worst.  More time doing the through-towel-warm-up than actual massage.  First five minutes a discussion of the tip.  Same for the last five.  Attempted HE was from a seated chair as far from the table as possible.  Won’t be back

I contacted him. He hardly speaks English. I communicated in Spanish and got a lengthy menu from him, from basic to all the way. He quoted $300 for naked, MT and HE. Told him that I do not pay more than $180 for that.  Shortly, he came back accepting $180. When asked about his location in HK he told me that he did not have a table and massage was on bed; that he had a roommate but he would be away during the session. I declined. He is a newbe, from Colombia, with unjustified aspirations. I doubt he ever did massage.

I would never PAY someone to use a theragun on me. I hire masseurs for their unique skills. Anyone can jam a vibrator on my back.

I don't know... this joint is fairly focused on being attracted to "providers" and the "why" behind that attraction. If one wants to call attention to some physical aspect of someone that throws him a bit... that seems kinda within the wheelhouse of the purpose statement around here, no?

Everybody makes mistakes, the point is to avoid repeating them as we move forward. So, thank you @BeefyDude for sharing a story that should serve as a valuable lesson to all of us.
I think one universal rule we can agree on is to NEVER-EVER PAY A DEPOSIT FOR A MASSAGE, no matter how small.
Personally, I will not hire masseurs for which I hear that they require payment upfront either. Or those who aggressively shortchange their clients on time. It takes some practice, but don't allow your smaller head to take over. Besides, those pix on rentmasseur that got you going are probably outdated anyway. I feel sorry for the newbies who are unaware of this site.

Glad you shared this with us. Not surprised to hear that the massage ranks at B+ since he uses a theragun. I have one myself and know what to do with it to take care of stubborn knots on my upper back and shoulders, but do not need a masseur to get lazy and use it on me when I hire him. 
Also I know covid has not been kind to even providers when it comes to gaining additional weight, but a provider should update his photos accordingly until he is able to shed those extra lbs again. I experienced the same with another masseur who put on a good 15 to 20 lbs from his photos and I was both a bit disappointed and turned off when I had my massage with him. Just my two cents. 

Even then he needed a cock ring, things haven’t improved.  Trust me and pass on this one.

I can confirm that Andy is still in good shape and sexy at W Man Spa.  You will be massaged in his private room in the upstairs lair.  I was there last week to meet my masseur who rents out the special room.  W Man Spa is clean and well run by Andy.

I just had a 90 min massage with Phil at Batman (terrible name for a spa). For some reason he looked familiar so maybe he has worked elsewhere in the city . Phil is over 40 bold in very good shape but not really muscular . Shaved torso (and he is Chinese !). Nice guy very good energy and the massage was what I expected . A combination of deep controlled slow strokes and sensual elements . But the attention was always on the massage quality itself . That’s what I like about older mature masseurs . They know that they have to give a good massage. There was MT and HE. He claims that he doesn’t speak any English so communication is very limited . I will go back and see if he becomes more “forward” next time . I did tip him over 100% and he was appreciative. No attitude from beginning to end . If anyone wants any more info pm me. I only answer members that have been on the forum for a least a year and have been interacting regularly with others . So don’t be offended if I don’t answer your messages .

Yes, definitely therapeutic oriented, you’re not going to get an interactive erotic session, but both of the masseurs I saw had no problem including nicely sensual components, one with HE.

Would not repeat. Massage skills was ok. he used a lot of fast movements for his massage. Not necessarily what I like. I prefer long deep slow strokes in my massage. The extras are mechanical. Outcalls are done on a bed which aren’t ideal for a real massage. He’s a straight man with some experience in massage due to being a body builder in the past. His pictures are accurate. He’s easy to communicate/setup an appointment with. He’s upfront with what services he will provide and won’t. I just think he wasn’t what I was looking for. I can get a better experience with other providers at his price point. 

Agree.  It’s clean.  Door to the ceiling.  Had Jason, shorter, muscular, playful.  MT HJ.  Would repeat.

I’m not sure who on here is familiar with Renew York Spa on 8th Ave next door to the Q. It is a mixed spa, meaning men and women and legit and YMMV. 
 
I think the facility is quite impressive and you can get a very good massage. Peter (40+) medium build, nothing special in the looks department delivers a very strong but good massage. He can be quite enjoyable at the end too. I’ve also had Jake - not as good as Peter but can be enjoyable. 
 
Today I tried Tony. He is not skilled and not enjoyable at the end. And trust me; I tried. If you haven’t checked it out, do it, but skip on Tony. 

I’d also try Leo at East Men Spa on 16th near Stuyvesant Town.  Chinese, fit, 50s, masculine and playful.
