The same kind of aggressive panhandling is happening in my area too. One woman had the nerve to demand my buddy go to an ATM to buy her headphones. One guy started yelling at everyone sitting in traffic because no one was budging to give him anything. Things are getting worse, more and more homeless camps are appearing in my city in plain view and more homeless people are showing up on a lot of street corners. It's something that is getting more common and as times get tougher it's harder to deny the reason why. I'm not against donating but I feel that doing so in a manner that's organized is better than allowing it to happen spur of the moment because it encourages behavior. After having people follow and demand money my mindset is more on my safety than anything else.

I'll just say that it's not as nice as I thought I would have been. The race track is something to behold and it's a major draw of the city, as for the actual beach....it's ok. It's noticeably worn down and there are homeless people all over the place but the further away you go the nicer it gets. If your considering a move, there are nicer places to live.

Ever since I was a young'n, I told my sister I would NOT be Uncle Sam if she ever had kids.
 
It took her a long time to find the right guy... She had her first kid at 37+, & her second 3 1/2 years later... ironically, the exact same timetable as our mother.
 
I was pleasantly surprised when I was with her one day during the first pregnancy... she started talking to her belly, and introduced me to the baby as Tio Sam (we're English-speaking Jews). Both my nephew & niece grew up calling me Tio Sam.
 
They're both in college now, and they still call me Tio Sam. I'm still not sure if they actually realize I'm their uncle. (I didn't say they were in good colleges. :rolleyes:)

my favorite thing is to watch the Bellagio Fountains after sunset from right in front of the Strip (where the speakers are)...usually a show every 15 minutes, some lame, others incredibly fantastic....also, just walking up/down the Strip for the people-watching is really fun, but can be crowded...watch out for the recent immigrants shoving ads in front of you hocking "Girls Direct To Your Room!!!"....some areas of the Strip are trashy, others very nice....a walk up the west side of the street between NY/NY all the way up (north) to Treasure Island (TI) is clean and fun....watch the volcano show at Mirage (check the schedule) ....a walk thru the lobbies of the Palazzo and the connected Venetian is fun for a first-timer....and a walk thru the Forum Shops at Caesars is nice, but watch out for the one-way stairs and corridors (all roads lead to....uh....the casino!).....
 
many shows available, of course....some are "dark" one or two days a week....popular discount ticket brokers scattered up and down the strip....pick up a couple of the freebie newspapers at the airport with show info....
 
if you like the outdoors and hiking and have the time, visit popular Red Rock park on the west side of town, or Valley of Fire State Park further from town, or do an overnight at Death Valley a couple hours each way from LV....also, Hoover Dam is always a tourist mecca about 25 miles from town....all of these have a fee....google all this if you want....if you like history, visit the humble little origins of LV at Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort State Park (yes, the first settlers were LDS, but they didn't stay long - the town was only founded in 1905 and gambling wasn't legal until 1931).....
 
it's often very crowded, so be patient where necessary....fun for a few days, then it all gets weird and you're ready to go back home....
 
if you're renting a car, be careful....always amazed at how crazy many of the drivers are there....

Whenever you see a guy who is unbelievably attractive, don't forget - Someone, somewhere, is tired of him.

I ended up having a really good time. I can't wait to go back.

After doing my homework I found what I am looking for. It may seem "OCD" but I want a sure thing and as I've been doing this a few years I'm willing to put in the work to find it. Vegas to me is one of the top 5 cities full of opportunity, but I'm not one to just hire anyone because they have the look. I want an experience that fulfills my fantasy and I don't want to have to say in the end "none of my plans worked out" or worse "Vegas sucks".... it's all what you make it, but waiting around till the last minute is a definite way to end up disappointed. Thanks for the recommendations and insight, it's been really helpful!

Well I got my room booked and have started the process of setting up some encounters with some guys in Vegas. I have to say everything I've read has made me a little wary but most of what I've encountered so far is on the mark. I've contacted at least 15 guys and from this I can tell the following:
 
going rate is about $300 very few charge less than this, one guy wanted $400 for a little extra special request...I haven't contacted him back.
 
one guy wanted me to do a prepay to "hold my spot" and continued to text me that if we didn't meet up he would give my money back.... I guess someone has done that for him in the past...not going to be me
 
the one guy I definitely want to meet seems kinda flaky...I'm crushed by this because I REALLY want to meet up with him, his pics really get me hot and bothered.
 
There are a couple guys that are really sweet and have been helpful with recommendations of where to stay and things to do off the strip. One in particular is really a sweet guy and very cute I definitely want to meet him.
 
My muscle fantasy may not happen....again I'm crushed by this because I have a thing for roided out dudes that like to have sex. Unfortunately most want me to worship them while they treat me like shit....and I ain't paying for that.
 
I have yet to contact masseurs...kinda want a rub down being that I'm driving into town and could def use a massage. Any recommendations would help.
 
This is going to be trickier than I thought and I'm nervous that I'll get burned, this trip ain't going to be cheap. I can still back out of the hotel reservation and pick a different city....but I'm not sure I want to do all that work again for a different place.

Damn, that sucks. I guess trust the gut instinct about some of these guys. I try to vet everyone with searches and this website. It's time consuming but ultimately it comes down to a gut feeling. I've been wrong a couple times but if things don't mesh...I stay away. For example I was in Vegas this past weekend and contacted a couple guys and one wanted pictures for "protection". I was like dude please...a pic of my dick isn't going to save your life. Gave some stupid half baked excuse of ensuring I wasn't a cop. It's request like this that makes me wonder.

I understand the allure of the strip and I tried to book a room for a 2 night stay but after seeing the resort fee and watching the price jump from $130 to $350 I decided to go off strip to save money. Granted the place I'm staying is far from the strip, my main reason for going isn't to see it. I do plan on going to the strip at least once, hell it's Vegas, but there is more to see in other parts of Vegas as well. From what I read online TI still offers free parking and valet and it's reasonable but for a weekend the price does jump.

Funny....I just got a phone call from someone I texted. I don't have an account on RM. Imagine my surprise when I got the call. The guy on the other end told me his name and was calling me to see if I was interested. I let the call go to VM just incase it was a robocall. He then texted me and started giving me all this info, but I totally forgot who he was on the website. I think it pissed him off and he hasn't responded to my texts.

Agreed. I remember splurging once on a guy - said he was a bottom. I hired him for three hours and paid way more than I normally would have (well, for the 3 hours, the price wasn't outrageous, but still...) And I paid upfront. Yeah, lesson learned all around after this guy! I wanted a long, relaxing session. We settled in, had some fun and then we started getting more "serious" about halfway through our time and he said he didn't want to bottom. I was floored. Really soured the mood, of course. I think that's right around the time I started using daddysreview, including posting my first review.

Hey Gymowner the only problem with your list is that rustyrex appears to be looking for more than muscle worship and when one reads the ads for MOST of these guys that appears to be all that they are offering. It's true that a few of them appear to be offering more but only a very limited few. I too like the bodybuilder steroid look but find it very difficult to find this type of guy willing to be participatory.

I'm going to Vegas myself and considered hiring him but changed my mind. Seems very niche and likes to play the role of master or slave. Not really my thing but to each his own. His vids are definitely hot, but the idea of him going buck wild on my ass and spitting on me and such just ain't my thing. Just wish he would take off the mask and let us see those gorgeous eyes.
