Then you proceeded to post his name and phone number, along with a screenshot with his phone number. This is the type of infraction that warrants going nuclear by publicly posting a client's name and phone number? You couldn't just post initials or a first name with a partial phone number? It wasn't even a confirmed appointment; this was still the planning stage. You lost 6 minutes (the length of the phone call) over this. Yet you breached one of the basic covenants of the client/provider relationship, discretion. I could never trust a provider who would do this to a client so easily.
