Do M4M providers have a "bad date" list?

I was reading a news story that one of the fucked up parts of FOSTA is that a resource sexworkers were using would be taken away. Apparently the bad date list helped them keep in touch about clients the shouldn't take based on bad behaviors like non-payment or even violence. Just wondered if something like that exists for the M4M sexworker community?

Relatedly, I also heard from a local provider about a client who "forgot the money in the car" and then just drove off. How would he get the word out about something like that?

I once had a guy wait till next morning after an over-night to tell me he had no cash. No paypal. Only a check. Took the check as what other option do I have at this point? Of course the check was written from a closed acct. I wish there was a bad date list to put him! :-( I decided to chalk it up as cost of doing business though. Like when someone steals from a clothing store and the store has to eat the cost.... The "forgot the money in the car" though that's even more messed up. Other than the check writing fool though I've been pretty lucky I guess.

Yes I do. It’s the twitter link in my signature. Twitter/ Flakes of rentmen. Guys get added almost EVERY DAMN DAY -S.J.

Though, I can’t understand why signatures don’t show up when I use my phone, but does on laptop and iPad.

One thing we can learn from Trump is: Twitter is freedom of speech and you can’t be shushed for that. To kill Twitter would technically, be assaination of a presidential character. So that (god forbid) won’t be done.

I’m liking my list more than the other website lists, because once a bad client makes amends, I can immediately remove their info. Some sites wouldn’t do that, and I think it’s fair that if a client pays for a missed session, they should be fully redeemed.

Just an FYI, posting of phone numbers on Twitter is considered a Terms of Service violation and may result in the account being suspended. I would suggest finding another platform to publish this information.

I don’t post phone numbers though. I post screenshots, which may or may not show the phone numbers. It’s no different than people posting their screenshots of Grindr messages, etc.

I can also blur out partials of numbers using the photo editor, to where it doesn’t fully show the number.

It’s working for me though. Several clients have been redeemed, who otherwise wouldn’t of given 2 shits about how they messed me up, had I just sat back and done nothing (thought that doesn’t apply to situations such as missed connections, or those that may have cancelled due to time differences, etc)

The other day, I had a mother ducker who screwed me around on 3 separate occasions. Each time, he would attempt to schedule...and then trail off. Not necessarily grounds for blocking, but on the 3rd time, I actually went all the way to his place, and he was nowhere to be found. Let’s just say, he redeemed himself rather quickly.

We’re in a societal war right now. It’s due to increases in free sex apps, and decreases in the number of escort websites to advertise on. Couple that with endless supply of abundant porn (no offense to anyone who chooses to preform or watch).

If we don’t stand up for ourselves, nobody will. People just aren’t giving a fuck. I feel gay black guys are being given the least fucks about right now. Not sexually, but respectfully. I’ve gone on many free dates with guys who are eager to have sex, but then afterwards it’s like I’m treated like a dildo to be put away than an actual person...until I finally get tired of their games and walk away. Unfortunately I can’t do nothing about it in my personal life, but I’m defintely going to do something about it when it comes to my money.

However, I’m trying not to use my page as a weapon or anything. I would rather have the client work with me, than to immediately send them to the dungeon. I try to reserve it for those one would genuine need to watch for.

Wow-you posts texts and phone numbers for the world to see?

Let me tell you something. If I can post my phone number and photos for the world to see, guess what? If they want to play little bullshit games, then let the world see that.

People use the cloak of anonymity to condone being an ass towards someone or a group in society.

WARNING: Mocha is posting client names and phone numbers on the internet! OMG! This is wrong on so many levels that you should NEVER work as an escort again! I just pulled up your Twitter and you made no attempt to “blur out partials of numbers”. That is a lie sir. All of the phone numbers are there as well as many names. These aren’t even people who robbed you. These are people who didn’t respond to your replies to set an appointment. And you are going to publicly out them and ruin their lives because you think they were somehow rude in not replying to you?!?! Shame on you, Mocha!

The OP asked a question, and it’s been answered. Why are you getting your panties all knotted?

And you don’t know what these people have done to me. You’re reading snippets. The people who are on the list have been either repeat flakes/timewasters or have proven to have less than stellar motives. One of the guys, he contacted me in DC last week to meet. This is 3 YEARS AFTER he had flaked on numerous other appointments when I lived in Denver. I gave him another chance in D.C. He did it again. I only gave him a chance because he’d seen me before. But he’s a fantasist.

And chill the F out. You’re on a website that discusses the reviewing of...well I won’t say the word to avoid conflict. But yeah, if I can be reviewed, YOU can be reviewed just as well.

That’s your opinion, but the OP asked a question. Why are you getting panties all knotted?

It is not my “opinion” that you are publicly outing clients on Twitter using their names and phone numbers. That is a “fact” that you cleverly boast about doing “almost EVERY DAMN DAY”. And yes, it gets me upset that you seem to think this is acceptable behavior.

Contradictory post is contradictory. Twitter still considers that posting phone numbers which is a violation of their Posting of Private Information rule: https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/personal-information

Well, if you’re okay with people doing you any kind of way and leaving potentionally disagreeable clients to prey on other escorts...by all means. But it doesn’t help the industry nor ourselves.

I on the other hand, prefer dealing with it in a manner that works for me. Some may not agree, but it works for me. It seems to work for the clients as well, believe it or not. They come to realize some escorts are actually serious about their work, and take their clients and work seriously.

Lol, do I think this is acceptable behavior? You can’t be serious. It’s not acceptable behavior when they do it, is it?

Again, you’re getting all pissy but there was a question being posted on the forum. What are you mad about? Don’t be mad at me, be mad at the OP. He wanted to know. No client is being outed. People don’t randomly find my page, it’s in a network of those who participate on Twitter and follow me.

And I was being facetious. It’s not every day. Just a couple times throughout the week. I’m not a huge tweeter.

Do you seriously not see the difference between you voluntarily posting your contact information online, and having someone post yours without your consent?

Again. The post is about bad date lists. If you don’t agree with such lists, that’s something you need to address with the OP. Just say you don’t agree with them, if you don’t. But don’t question my logic.

I’ve also said that if someone makes amends with me, I’m happy to take it down.

Anyhow, I refuse to sit here and be arguing with other escorts (especially non-ethnic escorts) about how I protect and alleviate my business from bad client situations. I know of other escorts who will do worse. So damn that. I’ve finally been able to mitigate these events, and yet I gotta sit here and listen to somebody trash talk me over protecting myself? Miss me with that. Please.

Mocha aka Jarrod Brandon aka Joey Bryant has been outing clients for years. Buyer beware.

Agreed. I feel like @KCRob's statement could/should be a whole thread of its own to call this behavior out.

I'm the OP of this thread, and I agree with providers having a list that they can put clients on but publicly sharing someone's phone number because they didn't set an appointment or keep an appointment is a real piece of shit move. If the person stole from you, was violent towards you, or threatened you in some way- I get it. Green light. Destroy them. But just because they are rude, or flaky, or disorganized, or their life suddenly changed is really unconscionable and is likely to land Mocha aka Jarrod Brandon aka Joey Bryant in some trouble of some kind somewhere along the way.

Interesting that you view this as a war. Gay men have been hooking up since time immemorial. The practice has evolved from cruising spots and bars, to phone sex lines, to the Internet, to phone apps as a reality of societal change and technological improvements. It's just how men meet for sex in this era. You've complained about guys hooking up through Craigslist or A4A as unfair competition several times in the past. I get the feeling that you'd be objecting to guys meeting for free sex at cruise bars and parks, and guys buying gay porn mags and VHS tapes at adult bookstores if you had been an escort in the '80s.

This is a common complaint among any well built , well hung guys who put themselves out there based on physical appearance and promiscuity. They love the ability to hook up with the hot guys they like, but they eventually come to feel jaded and used.

Another Mocha quote from another thread going back to 2016. Mocha aka Jarrod Brandon aka Joey Bryant has been outing clients for years. Buyer beware.

When he was attaching that Twitter link to his signature / posts, I thought about warning folks not to click his link.....he likely has some monitoring device to catch IP addresses or whatever for some nefarious reasons....having no clients surely gives him time to stir trouble, attempt blackmail or take any number of sordid actions.

That being said, his cease & desist letters from years ago - purportedly written by "his attorney" but actually (poorly written) by himself were worthy of Oscar wins for comedy.

I wonder why Mocha removed the link from his signature if he was so proud of it? Here it is for everyone in case you hadn't seen the shitshow:

I would not recommend clicking on any external link that might somehow be controlled / monitored by Joey / Jarrod / Brandon / Mocha.....not that he's dangerous but that he could become an unwanted nuisance / annoyance / irritant.

I am in complete agreement with you on this, @MisterMike. Btw, I’m sorry for my part in hijacking your thread away from your main point. When things started escalating in light of Mocha’s activity, I wasn’t sure if I should start a new thread in the Deli or not. I will leave that for others to decide.
