I've been wondering the same thing. I don't think the sky is falling, but I think it's foolhardy to think that gay sites are somehow going to be exempted from whatever crackdowns are going to take place. There's a big difference between being "singled out" and "swept up." We were swept up with both Craigslist and Backpage. I don't see why the same won't happen in this situation.

    Both.

The one at night is long and leisurely and very relaxing. I love the feeling of getting into bed perfectly clean. That's also when I wash my hair and shave my neck. I do find it helps me sleep better.

The morning is really just a rinse to wake up and get rid of the Bed Head.

There is a third shower if I'm hooking up or going out for the evening.

We should be happy for him being successful. Hope he keeps focused on his goals and does not get side tracked.

Being a successful escort can be lucrative and if he is smart, invest those earnings for the time when he reaches his “sell by” date.

He is working hard and I applaud that. That his hard work is paying off is something to celebrate. In the meantime, those who can afford him can enjoy their time with him. The rest of us can enjoy his pictures and if he is your cup of tea, enjoy the fantasy.

Mocha, that post was full of positivity as my client was beyond apologetic and fantastic! I surround myself with good people, and this guy was great so I shared it here. I'd never post a negative forum post. If I need to gripe, I do so privately.

I don't know if it's better for targeting fat in general, but for me personally, I know that I perform much better if I have not eaten. Just a couple cups of coffee so that I have a caffeine boost.

I do 50 minutes of low impact cardio six days a week. Twenty minutes on the rowing machine and 30 minutes on the elliptical. I know the calories burned on the elliptical machine is not gospel because it only asks you for your age and weight, but they are very consistent across the machines at my gym, so I think they are reasonable for an order of magnitude comparison. I burn significantly higher calories if I do a mid-morning workout with no food. If I've eaten in the last couple hours I feel sluggish and the interval program kicks my butt.

This sums up so much. My life spun out of control when my partner died 20 years ago and I gained 80 pounds. I spent years mired in mindless eating until I took control back a little over 10 years ago. It took about a year of actual dieting and counting every calorie to get back to "normal," but I have kept it off through mindful eating and figuring out what works for me. That's going to be different things for different people.

    What works for me is:

    1. Nothing is off limits. The minute I tell myself I will never eat another french fry is the minute I will start obsessing about them. I have a cheat day each week where I don't go crazy but I will eat those damn french fries if that's what I've been craving. The rest of the week is mindful and always having a general idea about the amount of calories consumed.

    2. I developed a "good enough" philosophy when it comes to food. Fried chicken is delicious but a roasted chicken breast is good enough. A baked potato with all the fixings is delicious, but a baked potato with a little butter and a little sour cream and a lot of pepper is good enough. A big rich dessert is delicious, but a square of dark chocolate slowly melting in your mouth is good enough. Etc, etc.

    3. This is counter to what a lot of people suggest when dieting, and may be more appropriate in a maintenance phase, but I weigh myself every single day. I know my body and I know that my weight will fluctuate a couple pounds up or down, but I know that anything more than that means I am being too lax and I nip that in the bud. A couple days of being extra mindful about what I'm eating will get me back on point.

It's the combination of flavors (salty and sweet) and texture (moist waffle, crispy fried coating) that is appealing to most.

It's like when you eat syrup on bacon or a glaze on ham. Same idea in terms of mixing salty with sweet.

I also like honey on my fried chicken sometimes, with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Salty sweet hot... all the way.

There is a great little calculator that takes into account your sex, age, height, current weight and activity level. I checked and it does match the calories listed in the app I use.

Sorry, but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. I've tried it...it's not for me. In more than half a century my heart has never gone pitter-pat for a female. I think it's safe to say that I am well and truly 100% gay.

Snarky ad hominem GIFs. What people without an actual counter argument generally resort to. So much easier than admitting they might actually be wrong.

While United and the flight attendant should pay very very dearly for this, the puppy's owner is not without responsibility here. I would never put my pet in the overhead bin. I'd get off the flight and immediately request to speak with a superior or stay on the flight and request to speak to the purser or the captain.

Ridiculous. No one seems to have any trouble believing that many men are 100% gay. I know for a fact that I am. So how can there not be 100% straight men? It's not exactly new news that sexual orientation is complex, but this is just ridiculous wishful thinking that completely defies common sense.

I recently met someone without a cell phone. He's someone who's hoping to launch a porn site and a mutual friend connected us, thinking I could give him some guidance. I told our mutual friend to have this guy text me and we could set up a meeting. The mutual friend told me he didn't have a cell phone but assured me that I could call him at home and he'd either answer or call me back. I called, he answered, we met. We met one more time and discussed more details and had plans to meet between Christmas and the New Year. I got sick and called to cancel. Left a message. He called back and left a message about another day. I called him back and left a message to tell him I couldn't make it because of another appointment. Then he was asking me - through our mutual friend - to call him about another day. I told our friend that I was sick and would call him back once I felt better - this was just after the new year, and I had been down and out for a few days. While I was in bed sick, he called and left a message. I didn't call him back because I was fucking sick and had already told him that and that I would call him back when I felt better. The next day he called again and I just didn't answer, because at this point I was getting pissed. A few days later I was feeling better and had some cabin fever, so I went to the gym to ride a bike and get some movement. Ran into the mutual friend and wouldn't you know it but this fucking friend of his is asking again if I can call him.

So, I did. And I told him that I couldn't work with someone that I couldn't contact easily - I wasn't about to exchange endless telephone calls back and forth when I wasn't feeling well. It seemed to him to be a point of pride that he didn't have a cell phone but would always return calls and if you made plans, he would be there, but to me, he was just a smug dumbass. I get there's a lot of debate about the value and impact of smart phones, but it seems silly to me in 2018 to not use it for at least basic purposes - a quick phone call, sending someone a text when you're late and can't call, telling some annoying person you're trying to work with that you're sick enough to have to stay in bed and they need to leave you alone. Nobody makes you turn into an iZombie when you get a smart phone - that part is completely optional - but not getting with the times enough to make it at least a bit easy for people around you to interact with you is just ... well, not smart.

Apologies to anyone without a cell/smartphone who might read this. It's not you, it's me.
