Lately, I’ve been dealing with several issues/violations  coming from bumping up old threads. Most have been reported for personal attacks and misinformation about providers. The majority of these reports are originating from the Deli.
Recently, I  started a thread in the Lounge asking for your help after a “newbie” (possibly an old user  under a new name) posted 7 replies, resurrecting old threads, to attack different providers with damaging information.  
Just the other day another “newbie” resurrected 4 old threads to announce that a retired provider was returning to the business. It wasn’t true but in his multiple messages he shared the providers current personal contact information. 
I appreciate the memberships help in reporting & identifying these messages. All these posts had one thing in common, they were threads dating back several years. All actions had to be handled by the moderators. This is very time consuming and, as you know, we only have a few moderators. Sadly, no one answered our call for volunteers to help.
By adding this new feature, we are hoping to cut back on these violations. Please, let’s give it a try. If problems do arise, let’s discuss it and see how we can accommodate you.

Hi, I’ve had the privilege of communicating with some of Guy/daddy’s friends on the West Coast. They’ve known him for close to 50 years. They’ve worked together, lived together, and just hung out. I am very sorry to report that Guy Fawkes/daddy passed away this evening of heart failure. For over a month he remained in the hospital unconscious and on life support.
 
His passing touches us all. He was a man who dedicated his life to providing a Forum where men would feel free and comfortable talking about all sorts of topics that covered our life style.
 
Having worked with daddy since he started this site I got to see first hand how much he cared about people and viewed us as his family. He was a very bright man with a love for life. He will be missed.
