I am so lost. How is it possible this is "factual" and accurate but my sampling of several hundred people is overwhelmingly Covid negative ? This is a very bizarre coincidence if this statistic is true. I wonder what is unique about all these people and/or their habits. Maybe all my friends wash their hands more than the rest of you 😜

There is very much an IMPORTANT distinction between disapproval and "hate". Hardly a trivial matter.

Same here. My family is mixed but the primary social structure was based on English standards of etiquette. A lot of that kind of sweeping someone's feelings under the carpet is met with great offense by people of color who have had their voice suppressed for more than a century. I have run into this more than once, and occasionally with friends who I've known for years.

I live in densely-populated NYC and the majority of people I know did NOT catch Covid. No one in my household got it. None of my friends and family in Pennsylvania got it. I can't be the only person who just coincidentally doesn't know many people who got it. I'd say I know about two dozen ( mostly business associates who have reported testing positive ) . I have hundreds of friends and family who didn't. I know that's just a sampling...but I can't believe my samples of people who live all over the country just happened to be all the negative cases 🤔

That's not true. Covid is a SARS-CoV-2 virus which is a variant of a corona virus. "The flu" is caused by an Influenza virus . The symptoms are similar because they both infect the upper respiratory system. Same goes for the Rhinovirus. All three are distinct virus categories. SARS, MERS and Covid-19 are "variants"

Yet, when no member of the opposite sex is available, MOST men get over their distaste for man-on-man action. In certain tribal cultures, men takes wives and produce children, but also maintain homosexual relationships with other men while on their frequent hunting expeditions. Most of the world has developed a society that rewards men and women who maintain a monogamous home life as this is often the most secure "nest" for their child. And human children take a LONG time to mature compared to other mammals. So the prejudice against homosexual activity is sociology not biology.

And THAT is my point I'm making. There are tons of people who start out bisexual but eventually pair off. ( ME being one of them ). You aren't going to pair off with "one of each", so you end up being identified as homosexual or heterosexual, based on your relationship status, not your actual sexual inclinations. More and more research is finding that bisexuality is, in fact FAR MORE common than homosexuality. But that all of this is more inclined to be driven by sociology than biology. Yes. Some people will NEVER be attracted to the opposite sex and some will never be attracted to the same sex but more and more teenagers ARE allowing themselves to be attracted to a PERSON and not letting their gender get in the way of their attraction.

That's my point. I don't believe bisexuals ARE a minority I believe it's more of a biological norm that is suppressed by imposed social norms. Young people didn't suddenly become more bisexual..they simply stopped pretending they weren't.
