  1. It's the same marketing strategy as an exclusive club. Certain people are turned on by what they can't easily obtain. I remember back in my clubbing days it was always a big thrill to get into a place that most people couldn't get into.
  2. I'm so glad I don't hook up with random women anymore. It's a mine field out there for straight (+bi) men. There were many drunken nights in my teens and 20's where I woke up next to some sorority chick with no idea how we got there. Today I'd be at constant risk of being accused of date rape.
  3. What can I say. Sometimes I misspell words and sometimes I mix up the weirdo religious cults. Either way I find it comforting to know that mere accusation doesn't always put horny men in jail.
  4. You can drive along the beach in the winter after the ferry service is discontinued. I knew a writer and his partner who lived out there full time. ( The place is 99% devoid of life from November to March. ) No services on the island and no ferry. So a beach drive is your only way to stock up on provisions.
  5. I don't mind a slutty whore..but a meth-head is trouble.
  6. Glad to know some courtrooms still require EVIDENCE. Sadly Danny Masterson was not so lucky today and was found guilty of date rape based on nothing more than a few accusations (and an association with the weirdo Christian Science church.)
  7. Speaks to the common sense ( and good taste ) of many of the gentlemen here.
  8. That will be the next storyline. We just barely escaped the wildfires ...... thank God our chauffeur had our bags packed and ready to flee.....
  9. And doing steroids makes you lose an inch down there.
  10. A lot depends on where you're located. I'm in NYC and $ 40 sounds like offering someone a coin as a tip. My attitude is that anything beyond a hand job is sex and the local escort rates apply.
  11. I don't agree with that viewpoint. I think the two issues have different challenges they face, and I also don't agree with the OP comment that it's all just human rights. There are plenty of other bigotries in the world. You liquidate your agenda when you ask everyone on board. Should was also include gypsies in the LGBTXYZQRST ? A lot of people misunderstand them too.....
  12. Exactly true. I always found the other towns on Fire Island to be more charming to stay. The Pines was just fun to check out the pretty boys in the Pines for an hour or two. (Maybe drag one into the "Meat-Rack" for a quickie.) But I know some of the gays enjoy a gay-only-bubble, and the Pines and the Grove definitely provides that wonderland fantasy for those who need to be away from "the straights" and not feel "second class". The Hampton's isn't really a decent alternative, because that too is all movers and shakers from Manhattan doing their networking. So that's just tedious and ruins the whole social scene. Most of the gays are super pretentious and won't suck your dick if you're net worth is under $10M.
  13. I was young (21) and a bit naive about such things. It DID seem "off", but I didn't know enough at that time to realize HOW unprofessional it was. This was about 1992, and I had assumed this kind of pontificating about the sins of homosexual activity had been resigned to the deep South. I was living in Pittsburgh PA at the time. Older and wiser now. I chose a physician who is extremely worldly, experienced and open minded.
  14. * damn * 🔥🔥🔥
  15. There ARE other towns on Fire Island. You don't NEED to stay at Cherry Grove or the Pines. There are multiple mini ferries going from town to town, that would allow you to visit the gay-centric towns for your dose of visual stimulus (or a bump of meth). Then head back home to a more peaceful environment in one of the other beautiful sea side villages on the island. You can alternatively visit from the town of Sailors Haven or Water Island by walking along the beach in 20 minutes time. I agree: the pernicious drug use in the gay towns is a downer. But its most obvious in the later part of the day when the body-builders start heading out for cocktails, coke and cuckolding
  16. I think that's reasonable. If you don't want to participate with group-think then don't participate with the group.
  17. I don't know how things are today but I remember when I was in my 20s I had a small problem with an anal fissure resulting from going to sex clubs and getting gang-banged by dozens of men over several hours. I went to a doctor who was "in network" for my insurance who judged me for engaging in anal sex and started reciting biblical examples of how I've "sinned". I thought that was rather unprofessional no matter what his religious beliefs are. Especially considering ACTUAL Christians aren't supposed to pass judgment. Taught me the importance of choosing a primary doctor and not using the one your insurance company issues.
  18. Not surprising. Keeping in-mind that Nab'iliDON ( someone from Naples) is a disparaging term amongst Italians from outside the area.
  19. For me telling me that he's absuing drugs is the same "ick" factor as somebody who tells me he's HIV positive. Both subliminal turn offs. Technically I'm not behaving differently during a sexual encounter with a stranger because in both situations I really don't know what goes on in anyone's personal life. But putting these facts "in the window" flips a switch in my brain telling me it's *emotional-quicksand* and I should avoid. Illogical perhaps but strongly influential in my decision making.
  20. Those pictures on Masseurfinder are ancient.
  21. Yup. I'm on board. I'd take your sloppy seconds. 😉
  22. Agreed. @GeoMitch You might want to add your general location. At least pick a county. Unicorn makes a good point. Long Island is 118 miles long.
  23. I will toss in a guess: Harry and Meghan represent a growing narcissism in young people today. Their entitled pity-party is emblematic of the sad state of the world. We are over-run with useless spoiled children who think they are the center of the universe.
  24. Personally I don't think trans issues should have ever been lumped in with gay and bi issues in the first place. My impression is that your average-Joe middle America redneck now has fewer problems with gays as long as they are NOT cross dressers. I think the trans issue takes away from the progress of gay and bisexual people in middle America. Trans is still viewed by most mainstream American conservatives as a freak show. Needs to be separated OUT from the gay rights issue especially since a lot of trans people aren't homosexual ( or bisexual ).
