  1. "Recogniton" skills at that stage are typically: I know you / I don't know you. Not a lot of shades in between. Conversation usually revolves around their childhood memories which seem to be the most burned into our consciousness.
  2. Wearing a cup would be incredibly painful. We didn't wear a jock simply because they can get twisted around underneath your singlet from all that twisting, turning and grabbing. There's no baseball or football gonna hit you in the nuts and it's a violation to grab somebody by the balls. So mostly you're ok.
  3. I'm all-about the voyeurism aspect of a threeway, as long as it's about the S E X. I really don't want to watch a couple kiss and get all romantic. Ruins the "naughty" vibe that I'm going for.
  4. This kind of V shaped torso gets me to reach for my wallet every time. Pity you rarely find such perfect specimens on Rent.men or other easy business sites
  5. Clearly that's a case-by-case issue. I know men who were gorgeous at 20 and gross by 30. Conversely one of my high school friends was a skinny little weasel at 19 and is now a strikingly handsome 53 year old. Everybody ages differently. This is just MY opinion but I think in general it helps in the escort market if a guy increases his interest in kink-play as he loses that youthful beauty. Additional skills can make up for the decreasing eye-candy factor.
  6. I have the opposite experience. I have had a few hook ups with couples. In both instances I was turned OFF when they started making-out with each other. When I hire I want to be the center of attention, not be witness to someone else's romantic connection.
  7. Definitely. Not me ..but I've been with lots of men who do.
  8. Agreed. I've told everyone if I can't eat it or drink it, don't bring it. The final straw was many years ago when a dear friend brought me the most hideous serving tray with a blown glass dolphin holding it. I was aware it was an expensive item given the scale and handmade quality, but it was tacky beyond belief, and something I would never actually use. So I finally just put an end to it, and banned gifts. I told everyone NO; unless they were determined to bring wine or dessert for a dinner party
  9. Sounds nightmarish. I'm impressed you managed to enjoy sex in the middle of this chaos. I'd have been out the door already when I saw the dirty apartment. Meth addiction is a very sad reality for a lot of gay men.
  10. Especially when you have men sharing their happy success in where to travel to get a massage and a blow job for US$50
  11. Do a lot of men go to gay bars on holidays instead of spending the day with their family? Are the gay bars busy on Thanksgiving and Christmas?
  12. I was a teenager during the AIDS crisis and just coming in to my sexual adventures. So there was never a point in my life where unprotected sex was an option. I see no reason be be re-educated about that.
  13. I agree. Gift giving was always something you did for children where I grew up. This habit of constant consumerism is very American. As an adult, I would pick up the check. If someone has already done so, then I would make plans for another date to do something together. At my age, the companionship of a good friend is far more valuable than some useless tzotchkie they might buy me.
  14. Bozo posted it in the thread above.
  15. She's been "gone" for a while. But her body was still alive.
  16. Exactly! I do the same. There have been multiple occasions where I am traveling for work and I'm dining alone, so I entertain myself by flirting with and chatting up the young waiter(waitress). More than once I've discovered a phone number scribbled on my receipt
  17. Obviously culture plays a LOT into the population of younger men who find older men attractive. I have a friend in Thailand who's Irish-American/ 64 years old and still quite handsome and in good shape. He is always dating the most beautiful young/fit Thai guys that you could imagine. Thai guys who at a glance, appear to be able to get anyone they want, will clamor to get my friend's attention. Perhaps his demeanor shows enough class to indicate money or maybe it's that reputation that all Americans are rich..but mostly they are just attracted to the silver haired daddy look of a mature well put together James Bond, sort of gentleman.
  18. Although I certainly don't condemn people for making money and enjoying it, I feel this level of consumption and display of wealth is tacky and reveals a grotesque kind of selfishness. Rather the opposite effect that Ms.Kardashian is likely going for in her public image.
  19. I relied heavily on the mentorship of older gay men when I started experimenting with homosexuality in college. I knew nothing about how to meet people, the social norms, that not all gays were effeminate and that gay men had long term relationships. I am now in my 50s and they are still my friends. Young people today, think they know everything and that old people are stupid. So they wouldn't accept mentorship.
  20. So basically you're saying you're a gay man 🤣
  21. He's Australian. It probably never occurred to him that age of consent would be so old in California.
  22. Nice looking pic. But have never seen the profile in NYC before. I'm assuming he doesn't speak English since his profile is in Spanish only.
  23. Overly Happy Holidays Can Be Risky For Gay Men | La Fuente Hollywood Treatment Center WWW.LAFUENTEHOLLYWOOD.COM We all know that parties come hand-in-hand with the holiday season. This for the most part can be a good thing...
  24. I used to see a cute young guy for Thai massage twice a month. In-between sessions we would meet up for (off-the-clock) sex. I was twice his age but he claimed he was only attracted to "daddy" type men. Otherwise he dated women his own age with the hope of marriage some day.
  25. I am in my 50'a and I admit to being surprised by the number of very young guys (and women) who flirt with me in public. So I suppose it's reasonable to say it's more common today but then I'm probably in a LOT better shape than my grandfather was at 50..so health and fitness in older men may have a lot to do with this change in attitudes.
