I was there a month ago.  It was early, about 9, and Campus had no dancers.  Stock had a couple show up after we got there but between dances they ignored the customers.

Very nice video.  Thanks for posting and thanks to photographer.  The technology seems simple, camera on a stick, but it works very well.  The panning was just the right speed.  The Bourbon Street Building looks nicer than it ever has before in photos.  A number of the terraces seem larger and more substantial than in previous years.  They look very inviting.  Good crowd and certainly lots of booths.  Ste Catherine looks better than it has all year, at least in pictures.  A nice sunny day always helps.

Fifteen or so years ago - a year when work sent me to LV almost 20 times - I was told of a seedy club in a warehouse which had both male strippers and open sex. It was on the west side of the highway. I drove over there, paid the exorbitant cover charge only to find naked women playing with their hoochies instead of the hot men I expected. I left pretty quickly.
The guy at the door stopped me on my way out to ask why I was leaving so soon, When I explained he said they used to have men but there was little market for that in LV. He explained the change to women was quick and recent and done out of financial necessity. He directed me to Commercial Center where there were two bathhouses - or technically one bath and one gay gym with open sex. 
I went to the bathhouse and had a great time. Bonus: after plowing a hot man I invited him to my hotel room. We decided to get something to eat first and went across the parking lot to Lotus of Siam, which turned out to be IMO the best Thai restaurant in the US. I have been back there many times, brought friends and sent people there. Everyone loves the place. A few blatantly asked if I had been to any of the gay establishments in the Center but I usually plead the Fifth. 
 

I won't be going as I think it could become a super spreader event for Monkeypox. From my sampling of escorts in Montreal recently, not all have been vaccinated and seemed unconcerned. And a lot of Toronto and other escorts also attend this event annually and are doing so again.

if it was me, I would just hire someone from rent.men. Even if you don't want sex, there are many former dancers on there that could just come and give you a private show etc.  It's going to be much cheaper than going to a strip club and you have a much better selection of guys.
Everything is mostly drag oriented now, that's what Flash bar turned into a drag bar. I guess that brings the cash obviously. There isn't a gay bar in the village that doesn't have a queen performing every night I feel. Except Black Eagle.

I used to go to Flash all the time, Cock bar is a sad joke compared to that. Went in May, fri and sat nights. At most 5 guys and honestly some of the least attractive dancers I have ever seen, and ive been to many clubs. The space is super tiny, so not even enjoyable as just a bar.    Trust me, it's a mess

When Remingtons closed a few boys moved to Flash but they are all gone now.

It's the same place.  They just moved the boys upstairs with downstairs more a typical gay bar now.  They call the upstairs Cockbar.  They kept the name Flash for downstairs 

A few years ago I went to Flash and Cockbar looks like the same location.  Did Flash close and Cockbar opened in its place?

We were in Montreal July 14-18.  It was good to be back after three years.
Covid has devastated St. Catherine street.  Many stores and restaurants closed. No balls overhead and it felt funny without them like you were walking along with the roof missing.
Seemed like there were more homeless than in the past along St. Catherine.
Warning many of the banks along St. Catherine close access to their ATMs around 5PM so if you need cash get it early.
This trip we only went to Taboo.  It was pretty empty Thursday, Friday and Saturday with only about 7 twink type dancers each night.  Sunday was a nice crowd for Jerry's anniversary and maybe 12 dancers.  Even with small crowd and few dancers we still enjoyed ourselves.
Some of the dancer's:
Rodrigo - Great body. ABs like steel.  Not very interactive in private.
Emilio - Nice personality good in private.
Candle  - Hot. Good in private. I wanted to do more than my usual two dances. Might try to arrange a meeting next time.
Stevie - Tall. Nice body. Nice cock. Very long hair.  Lots of energy.  Fun to talk to and good in back if you can ignore the very long hair.  Also might try to arrange a meeting next time.
Damian - Very tall and slim.  OK in private but somehow I really felt the transactional aspect more with him.
We did not hire this time around.
Two nice dinners each at Carte Blanche (on Ontario and Wolfe) which offers Table d’Hote for $61 Cdn and is a bring your own wine and Toro Rosso on St. Catherine.
All in all if you like Montreal as we do then go but it's certainly not booming.

Well that was a disappointment.   Campus was empty of dancers and  customers so we went to Stock.  There was a $5 cover so I asked if there were any dancers.  He said yes.  There were not but one soon arrived.  We saw three different dancers perform a total of five songs.  They only took their shirts off and flashed their asses.  Between numbers they played with their phones or disappeared.  They were in great shape but that was the only positive.  On a positive note I saved some money.  I know I was there early but that was a joke.  Flash in Toronto is far superior.

Do not believe the Expose facebook page. I have been there when he shoots the videos, it is dead in there but he gathers everyone, mostly staff around the bar and they start cheering and acting like it's a crazy party. video ends, and then it goes back to a depressing dead club.

Coulda told ya. I live there. But I’ve been criticized for my less than impressed perceptions. Maybe your weekend will see an improvement.
