I haven't been yet this year but I was in Montreal in early December 2023.  Things have changed in Montreal since Covid hit.  Pre-Covid, I was a regular fixture at Stock Bar due to the dancer quality.  No longer the case.  I do watch the on-line feed and I find the dancers to be mostly uninspiring...with one or two exceptions.  
During my December visit, I only went to Campus as they had a better quality of dancers if you are into masculine and muscle guys.  I felt no need to go to Stock as all my needs were met at Campus.  Stock is a nicer club as far as the infrastructure goes...but they just don't have the best Montreal talent anymore.

Campus is still thriving. I was there on a Saturday recently and it was packed especially at around midnight. It has a significant number of females too but not too annoying and I can cope with that.

They got rid of the bed and replaced it with the shadow box.

At every U.S. bar, I always tip both bartenders and dancers with $2 Bills.  Often, I'll tip dancers with several $2 Bills at once (a few in the front of the underwear and a few in the back)

I had a great time and JD was fantastic. I met some really nice patrons there. I’m Anthony if any of you are reading this and remember meeting me. Thanks to Matt for a great time!

That is correct NewDad. he does not have social media nor a significant following in the gay community as you mentioned. He’s just an incredible looking man who is comfortable in his own skin and doesn’t mind sharing his significant giftedness with an a group of appreciative men who can help him financially. I think he’s an incredible guy. Glad that he is willing to share himself with us!

Guys, Matt was not playing around with the headliner last night.  JD is one of the most beautiful men that has graced the Adonis lineup.  Still stunning, body to die for, and a grower tool that satisfied! And such an incredibly sweet and natural guy. Comfortable and at ease just making men happy! If you missed him, I am truly sorry!
Plus, Matt had an incredible lineup! All the guys listed didn’t show but there were plenty of dancers to go around and anything to satisfy the craving you might. I was talking with someone else and there really were all kinds of guys in the room (laughingly, we commented - unless you want them to look like they’re 15 or they still need to eat a sandwich! None of the Adonis guys fit that bill!)  Just so many beautiful men of various heights, body types, color tones, hair types.  Just something for everyone and I was tired by the time I went home.  I still played with my regulars but I added some new talent to my roster and they were delicious!
Every Adonis is fun for me but some nights are just more special.  Last night was fire!!!

The email for the Adonis event happening this Saturday just went out and it looks like there's a mystery 6'5" headliner, which sounds interesting. Per the email: "Massive Superstar 6'-5" All-Muscle and Shredded Private Headliner from Denver (hint, hint) is locked in! Can't tell you his name or show pics due to his current job, but for those of you who have been around a few years you will definitely remember him. DO NOT MISS HIM, 1-TIME ONLY!"

I thought the same.  Don't make an announcement or post to social media until you have a place secured and it is a sure deal.  That's like announcing a pregnancy at 6 weeks.

In Ft Lauderdale, they don’t require women to be accompanied by men - there is no chance the Ft L location would be overrun by women at any time due to the loyal local gay clientele & gay tourists. 
Tampa & Chicago would be totally different in terms of client demographics & women could overwhelm those clubs without a policy.  And then it would be something else entirely.
the owner is trying to duplicate the success of Ft L - but the unique factors that make it successful just don’t exist anywhere else.  Plus, the available talent pool of dancers in Miami/Ft Lauderdale with constant new arrivals is unique there too. 

Let me just say this.Things have a way of working out without getting yourself into controversial  situations. 
The Gay community has  very diverse tastes. Not everyone likes the muscle guy or twink type. Who likes them Italian,  Spanish, Black, White, it all is up to the individual.  After a while the dancers who don't make any money leave.
Also many of these Bar owners and Promoters run their business as a playground.  They could care less on what the customer  is looking for. They only want you to hire or bring to their establishment  what and who they like. Oh could I tell you guys stories about behind the scenes in NY.
It's a new day and age.Yes we don't like certain things that are going on. But as a business owner you have to learn to adapt. 
The only way your going to get rid of the Women is to make it a  private members only club.  Like I do in Manhattan. 
And remember. Women drink!. Us older guys don't.  A Bar stays in business selling liquor  NOT water bottles  and Ginger Ale.

I was there all winter. Left two weeks ago. I spent all my time with Bracho and Jason.
Both gorgeous and very friendly!

I was at Campus this weekend for the first time, and it was amazing.  Lots of really hot guys of all different types and backgrounds...and the lap dances (in a private area) were awesome. Most of the dancers were fully nude after 1-2 songs in a private and there were multiple offers to come back to my place.  I highly recommend it.  I just wish the neighborhood (the Village) was better -- lots of homeless and drug use on the streets.  But, I still felt generally safe and Ubers were easy in and out. 

Back in 2017, I had already had 5 songs with a dancer at Stock or Campus and paid him $100 (Canadian) for those songs.  I asked him if he was available to come to my hotel room after his shift and what it would cost.  He said normally he charged $200 for hotel room visits, but because I had already have him $100 for 5 songs I would only need to pay him another $100 to come back to my room.  I took him up on his offer.

A Johnson’s Tampa staff member just told me the proposed Chicago location will be at the former Berlin site.  We’ll see if it happens!

Obviously not. I’m supposing you said that tongue in cheek. To get a dancer to cum in the back booths usually took at least 5 songs or more. And you had to be careful becuz they did sort of monitor the area some nights more than others. 
Once a dancer and I got caught in the act but the monitor was nice enough to let us finish so I got the dancer’s load before he had to leave. 
He got suspended for a week or two tho. I felt sorry for him so took him home and he came back several more times to my place during his suspension. He was a lot of fun and let me take pictures of him, which I still have. 

I agree with Luv2play... back in those days a dancer I was chatting up said "I want to cum in your mouth" so I took him back for a private dance and well... you can guess the rest LOL.
And he wasn't the only one🙃

I always go alone, as I find my friends are not into strippers as much as I am.  But there are plenty of men there with friends just dancing on the dance floor and not have lap dances.
Whatever you do, please leave your female friends at home.  The rest of the customers will appreciate that.  The majority of this world is set up for women to go to bars and be the center of attention.  Keep gay men events gay.

Campus is always open!  It might be just a few dancers on a Monday but if you’re into lap dances as opposed to nonstop stage shows, you will enjoy.
