I always wonder how such wide discrepancies exist between experiences from various clients... A bunch will say they had a wonderful time and others won't ever repeat.

In Europe the bathhouse culture was quite alive and well pre-lockdown. The bathhouses in Barcelona would be flooded with hot, young and muscular guys during the Circuit Party festival. So much so there was a line outside with people waiting up to an hour to get in. Same thing in Brussels when La Demence hosts its annual huge party. Many partygoers find their way to the bathhouse after the party ends. Paris, Berlin, Essen, Cologne, Brussels, Amsterdam, ... The list goes on and on of cities that have gay bathhouses (sometimes more than one) where there will be quite a variety of ages (and body types) attending. Sunday late afternoon to early evening are usually the busiest times with the biggest variety and crowds. At least in Europe I think (well, certainly hope!) bathhouses won't be going away soon.

My news come from the general world news but also from a few Brazilians I know. The unrest seems to have heated up more than say 2-3 years ago given the political situation much like various extremists have become more visible and vocal in the US since Trump's presidency. One Brazilian though told me that Brazil is larger than Europe so saying there's "unrest in Brazil" is a bit of a too big a statement simply given the size of the country.

Even if the pandemic wasn't happening, would travel to Brazil be advisable? The country seems to not be very stable at the moment.

Oh my what a shitshow. Luckily he didn't make much of a scene at the hotel and did it mostly over the phone. I declined.

I've contemplated it but like others said it would ruin the fantasy. I have no time nor tolerance for "working" escorts on the apps. There are dedicated spaces to advertize your services and I will go there when I want to hire. It is self-esteem shattering when a guy starts chatting you up and then goes "as long as you pay, lol". I won't go so far as to report the profiles but I do fully support the app owners of doubling down on banning them. The apps are already such a shitshow of spam-bots, fakers, flakers, cat-fishers... it doesn't need even more profiles on there that aren't part of its intended usage.

Sad to see some bars closing where I had a good time. I don't understand what long term strategy these landlords have who are forcing those businesses to close... Wouldn't it be more financially beneficial to still have the property occupied by a business ready to open than have a building that currently has no tenant and, given the expected shrinking of the economy, might not find another tenant that easily.

Well if he wouldn't answer the question, I wouldn't book a session so either way he'd lose me as a client.
