This has definitely been my experience. I've been in this hobby for nearly 11 years now... My overwhelming experience has been that providers don't seem to remember or know what they themselves put on their profile. It's actually always been open 24 hours. Only since last year or so do they close for parties on certain days at 11pm and then reopen the sauna the following day at 3pm.
