1. I agree with you @Just Sayin' - love the fur! I’d love to motorboat those furry glutes! ? FWIW, the text in the RM reviews are glowing. Hopefully one of our members will have some more intel - and I’ll selfishly hope he comes East too ?
2. I think it’s funny watching the whole “quien es mas macho” that’s been playing out between deBlasio and Cuomo throughout all this Covid craziness. This is just the latest installment. Even when he says capacity restrictions are ending 5/17, and NY is back to 100%, he’s also saying out of the other side of his mouth that all CDC guidelines still need to be adhered to - so social distancing, masks are still in effect for indoor venues. Given how tightly you’re packed in at Broadway theatres, I’m not sure how financially viable putting on a show while maintaining 6ft social distance would be. I found it interesting Cuomo did throw out that if/when CDC changes the guidance, so will he - is he banking on a lowering of social distance coming? Also interesting that he said the indoor venues could make their own decisions as to whether to require vaccinations to attend events. If a show or event was limited to just vaccinated, my understanding is that you’re not required to maintain the 6ft. Game changer? Of course, the grumblings are all about how Cuomo, under pressure from multiple investigations, is only trying to rehabilitate his image, deflect from the investigations. But surely a politician wouldn’t be that opportunistic, right? ?
3. Always happy to be of assistance, mate! ? As George Costanza said, “It’s not a lie if you believe it!” ? You sir, are the cool one! ?? I agree wholeheartedly that ruggers are pretty damn yummy ?, and while I still have some good pins, and a pretty nice walk away, I think I’ll spare your eyes by not posting my own ? I looked for a nice thighs/ass pic of either Brian O’Driscoll or Cían Healy to use, and came across the pic I’m now using. Having had my own shorts torn like that more than once on the pitch, (and off the pitch ?), the pic spoke to me ?
4. Wow! This gent looks delicious! Great find, @dcman! Looks like he’s only been on RM a month today, so hopeful that some intel will be forthcoming ??
5. I remember a friend of mine, when she crossed into her new decade, (about a decade ago), she said she was “thirty-ten” ? So, using her logic, your profile name is still apt! ??? I hope this doesn’t come off in a “creepy older guy” way, but honestly mate, if your avatar was a thumbnail on RM, you’d have this man’s attention! ? You’re very kind! While Dirk and I are just a year apart in age, I believe I’m more hirsute, my hair is more blond/silver, and he is only about 5’9”, giving me a half foot on him - I won’t even touch the weight differential other than to say, I have him on that too ? Needless to say, Dirk could fit far more comfortably/easily in a pre-war NYC tub than I! ? As I’m thinking about it, it was a former member who suggested the avatar I’m using - perhaps it’s time for a new one? ?
6. How about “The Lobby” for the category housing The Lounge and The Cabana?
7. My secret vice is what I like to refer to as “The WC Steakhouse” AKA White Castle ? Call them what you will - “murder burgers”, “belly bombers”, etc. - but I really love a couple of burgers, a couple of bacon double cheese burgers, fries, chicken rings, onion rings, and chocolate shake. ? My tummy may disagree with my love for the WC, but as I only allow myself forays to the steakhouse a few times a year, it’s worth it ??
8. I echo your hopeful bump!! ??
9. Some great selections here gents! Here are mine: From rugby: Ian Roberts David Pocock The Burgess Brothers Brian O’Driscoll Sam Warburton From the NFL: Howie Long Brady Quinn Jesse Palmer From the NHL: Andrew Ference Brian Boyle Ryan Keslar From the MLB: Mark McGwire Mike Piazza David Wright From the GAA: Eoin Cadogan Aidan O Se Bernard Brogan Oh the possibilities, the combinations! ?
10. As hot as he is, I am grateful to read this ?? Looks like he’ll be in NYC in 2 weeks too...?
11. For what it’s worth, I think you succeed - I for one enjoy your posts.? I agree, those conversations would be very interesting, as some members’ avatars of themselves are damn hot! ? I also agree that even those with avatars of someone/something else do intrigue. What does this mean to the poster? Why did they pick it? ? For the record, that’s not me in my avatar - I’m not quite that big, and while a furry fellow, I’m a blond, tho more silver now; and, I’ve no tub in my master - I ripped it out to install a walk in shower. But I do like wine, so there’s that ? I would have to disagree with you. I believe your current avatar is actually you, and as suchyou are indeed hot, white, and in your thirties! I’m sure I’m not alone I’m thinking that - either here, or in real life ?
12. While I recognised him, I was kind of on auto-pilot from the surprise, and invited him in. I apologised, said it wouldn’t be a good idea to keep the appointment, he agreed, we shook hands, and he left. The fellow at the agency had a good laugh when I told him why I cancelled lol Yes, he stayed on at the job, and was actually a great employee.
13. While I had hired him, I wasn’t still in London when he started. When I was next in the office, I thought I needed to address our last meeting. I took him to a conference room, said something like what he does on his own time is none of my business, just as what I do on mine is none of his. I knew he got it when I said we should just forget about meeting at the hotel, and he replied “what meeting?” winked, and then asked about a project he was working on. He may have been young, but he knew the score.
14. There was definitely the battle between the angel voice, and the devil voice playing out in my head! He was really quite the looker, and I knew from the agency’s site, had a great body, but as you said, knowing we’d have a professional relationship, the angel prevailed. I will admit, it was a bit of a thrill seeing him in the office, noticing the glances he got, and knowing I had seen, at least in pictures, everything that was underneath that suit ???
15. Damn! How have I missed this gent?! Of course his ad is now expired - here’s hoping he comes back ??
16. I have ended two sessions early that I can recall. Once, some 15-20 years ago now, I was in London on business, and arranged some play with a gent from an agency I had used previously. Now normally, I’d want a face pic, and this gent’s profile on their site only had a shadowy face pic, but the agency assured me, and having no issue with them previously, (in fact, I only had raving successes with their gents/recommendations), I chanced my arm. Appointed hour comes, he knocks at my door, I open, and there standing in front of me is the new associate I had hired just 3 days previously. Awkward!! ? Second time, about 5-6 years ago, I was in LA, and a forum member texted me that a particular provider he knew I was interested in was in LA too. I got in touch, everything went smoothly setting up time, expectations, etc.. He arrives, we begin, but I just couldn’t get into it. I remember being angry, frustrated - here I was with a gent that ticked every box for me - who if I was asked to describe the future Mr BBD, would have been him - and there was me, not into it at all. ? He was such a professional, and gentleman - kept offering “what if I do this...how about I try this...” I declined, assured him it was nothing to due with him, apologised, and even tho it was only 30-40 mins into a 2 hour session, gave him his full payment. He did try to decline, but I insisted. Again, being a gentleman, he noted how his evening was now free, assumed mine was as well, and offered to buy me a drink. I agreed, and it was a really enjoyable evening - tho not what I planned.
17. You, @samhexum, always bring a smile to my face with your posts, and witticisms ?
18. Thank you, @DaveOrDavid!! Mixed intel on Hogan/Grant - and is it me, or do the 2 profiles read nearly the same? Also, for some reason, I was under the impression they were a couple, so seeing SeanCharlie/CharlieScott listing as “straight”, and more so, as a bottom was disappointing to this fellow lol
19. Very nice! Last I saw of Mr. Gere, he was a handsome silver daddy. Like all of us, he has aged of course - 71 now, but I don’t think he’s had any work done, but who knows ??‍♂️ When I was younger, when the movie “Broadcast News” came out, I got tons of “you look just like William Hurt!” tho I never saw it. Older, bearded, and a tad thicker now, I’ve gotten “you look like Philip Seymour Hoffman” lol
20. Thanks, @DaveOrDavid - I knew I recognised this gent, but couldn’t place him. I remember lamenting at the time, and now, that he’s a bottom lol Now his partner “SeanCharlie”, he’s definitely one I’d be interested in if he too showed up on RM!
21. During the height of the pandemic here in NYC, there were capacity limits for grocery stores. If memory serves, it was 10 shoppers at a time. Same for pharmacies like CVS, and Duane Reade. I don’t remember waiting terribly long on line when I went grocery shopping, and if I just needed say milk or eggs, there was always my corner bodega. I don’t recall when the capacity limits were lifted, but it’s at least since last summer, and I’ve been doing my big biweekly shop in person since. I’ve never felt unsafe shopping in person - everyone is masked, and while store size, aisle width may not be conducive to proper social distancing, it’s much better than what one encounters on the subway or buses. It also allows me the chance to run into neighbours that I haven’t seen much of, if at all, over the past 14+ months.
22. I do this as well, and am probably wildly off target with both face/body type, and voice ?
23. I wouldn’t say that at all about you, or anyone else who doesn’t do this. I think it’s just me, always curious with an overactive imagination ? I‘ve just always been a fan/student of voices. My “regular” voice is all over the place - betraying my heritage, and where I’ve lived. I often get people trying to guess where I’m from, which gets even more interesting when they see my surname. Few guess correctly, and are usually surprised when I say I’m from NYC ??‍♂️ Ha! I can understand that, but he does have that nice, deep Merseyside accent, and has aged quite nicely ?
24. Either that, or could be he enjoys some bottom play, but does not get penetrated. I have known a few providers through the years that listed themselves as “vers” or “top/vers” but were really just tops who liked to suck, liked to be rimmed, fingered, but have no interest in bottoming.
25. No - not adjusting your own voice, but reading a post from a forum member in what you imagine their voice may sound like in real life. For example, if the member is from the South, do you read his post with a Southern accent; or if they’re a teacher/professor/academic, do you read their post with a professorial voice. Some members are also extremely witty in their posts, and I have found myself thinking “oh I bet he sounds like so-and-so” and that’s how I read his posts from them on. I know it’s a bit odd, but as I said, was curious if anyone else does it.
