This is correct. The age field is static, so it does not automatically update when someone ages another year or four. And for the record, the youngest age available in the field is 18. Perhaps the guy was 19 when he signed up and he hasn't updated the field since, or perhaps he's "young at heart" and would like to still think he is 19. Who knows?

The ad does NOT state that. You may infer it. But as @jgoo points out the provider may have signed up at 19 yo and never changed it, or he may choose to make it 19 every year. You don't have enough information here to state he was online as an underage.

With this attitude, you'll be occupied day and night reporting all the "39" year old men who have more than 21 years of experience in this industry.

Rentmen might not care but rentmen comes under the laws of Germany.  Even though the ages stated are obviously not correct, the ad does state that the provider joined rentmen when he was age 15. 
Prostitution in Germany is illegal for anyone under age 18.  The ad (shows the provider began advertising on rentmen at age 15 which could cause rentmen some problems with German authorities.
As a gesture of goodwill, I will contact rentmen and let them know of the error that should be corrected.    

Reached out to this young man on Rentmen. Two weeks later he replied with an outcall visit rate to me (I'm within 30-40 minutes of downtown LA) of $1000! "Madness" as Jason Bourne often says.
 

I can see all his pictures, and neither dick nor face are anything special. He needs better pictures, a new stage name, or both.

Maybe the ad is fine for some but for me I am puzzled about the long distance travel, the language spoken and the hairy bodies that have no hair (Otter).

The languages were spelled out in a five-month old different ad that is not part of their current ad.  I was not aware of their prior five month old ad wherein they listed the languages they speak.   
I saw only the current ad. 
In the current ad, they say they speak BRUSES. 
I had no reason to search for any prior ad they had that might explain BRUSES.   
Provider ads change often and many ads disappear. 
The current ad is confusing when using only that abreviation for languages, and, there was no reference to their prior five month old ad. 
So, yes, in their previous ad, they did use the correct way to say which languages they speak.  However, in their current ad, they use BRUSES.  
All is well because@acks0104 explained the variation in his post above.

Yes, I now know what the letters mean. 
When looking at an advertisement (not a five month old previous advertisement) and that abreviation is there for "languages" spoken, why not be clear to the reader of the ad?
There is no point in this issue continuing.  I (and likely others) learned something from this obscure language enlightenment.
