I read your entire post when it had no white space, but it is easier for me to read now that you have included some white space. If an article is long and not spaced, I read it so long as it interests me, but admittedly the interest fades when it becomes too much work.

I don't understand this comment at all. The Strand is a New York institution. It has goodwill in droves due to its long history as a good source of books, new and old. Other bookstores gave up when the Strand hung in there. They earned the goodwill they have. Any book store still in existence can do the same thing that the Strand did and call for help. The response will be determined by how much goodwill they have earned.

Tampa Bay beat my Yankees, but I still root for them against the smug Dodgers. I slept through that last play given how long the game went on, but I watched the clip this morning. I hated the movie. @marylander1940 was spot on in saying that it wouldn't be as good as the last one.
