Once a friend and I offered $153,000 on a 2-flat in San Francisco's Haight neighborhood. Contractor's inspection showed a need for $17,000 in immediate work. My friend said no, so we backed out. Later the seller offered it to us at $17,000 under the first offer. My friend again said no. The property is now worth a million. I coulda been rich!

More to love! Guys with a few extra pounds!
+ Lucky replied to marylander1940's topic in Legacy Gallery
More to love...or less to love? I think what is important is the guy, not the weight! Same guy is pictured here: -
I rode an elevator at the Dakota with Connie Chung. There I met Yoko and Sean in the hallway. I also saw Rick M..... there once! I've crossed the street next to Nick Lachey, another time asshole Kevin Bacon glared at me so that I wouldn't speak to him. I have walked down Fifth Avenue with Al Sharpton. At the theater I have seen Hal Holbrook, Joan Rivers (very friendly) and Donald Trump. At intermission, once everyone had sat down. Trump remained standing several minutes so that all could see him. I've had sex with an Award winning actor, met various politicians, had my picture taken with Lukas Ridgeston, flown with him and Johann Paulik, and knew Eric Rhodes before and after he was famous. You see a lot of celebrities at the theater. I was directly behind Oprah Winfrey as she exited the premier of that Bee Gees musical. Many on the street, such as Lauren Bacall. At restaurants I have seen Harvey Fierstein (on stage too) and Martin Sheen. (Cafe Un Deux Trois was a hotbed of celebrity sightings!) This is all off of the top of my head. I can no doubt think of more, but you get the picture. If theater interests you in New York, you will see a lot of celebrities. Maybe even me!

Better to see the whole thing!

It was never very good before China stomped into town.

If the term y'all keeps popping up, I suggest that the Weekend be moved to the South.

Um, prepare yourself. In Vietnam, according to this story, used condoms are being cleaned and resold. The intensive labor needed should make that not at all cost effective, then there is the question on how they would obtain some 345,000 used condoms. Don't most guys flush them? I think it is a hoax! https://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/ny-condoms-recycled-sold-as-new-vietnam-police-confiscated-20200924-gcymwjhjsjedroykuemwds3dve-story.html

How do you approach the Trans community without offending them
+ Lucky replied to Lchnsf's topic in The Lounge
I simply don't have the experience with trans people that I would like to have. Years ago I met a guy at the baths and he was an excellent fuck, just superb. My focus was entirely on that. Then I picked him up at his home a few nights later for a dinner date. Well, he was not masculine. He wore a mink coat and carried something just short of a purse. To my shame, now, I drove around trying to find a restaurant where no one would know me and I wouldn't run into anyone I knew. We had a dinner and I took him home, but I didn't go in. I was not prepared for his femininity. Today I would have realized that I liked this guy, had connected well with him, and anyone who cared that I was with a feminine man wasn't worth the worry. Retrospect and all. Lady boys, as they are called, in Thailand were so pushy with tourists I just avoided them. They were all business. But I still mindfucked the other day when I approached a female clerk at a clothing store and realized it was a man. The voice was the male indication that caused me to pick up other clues. It was a quick interaction, but now I would like to know someone who has that approach to life. -
Good catch!

Just stating my opinion on how things might be. Thanks for the kudo!

When we reply to a thread or a post we are giving our opinion. That's all it is. A while back someone criticized you for telling me what to do, and I replied that I didn't mind your suggestions. I have followed some of them. You were happy with my reply. But I think it should be a two way street. We are often in agreement.

That may be why the sourcing was so hard to find. Where did you come across that information?

Interfering is not a good idea when a client has not given you permission @marylander1940 .

Meatballs for dinner, balls for dessert!

Thankfully @BeefyDude has other options. I've always appreciated any assistance a provider can give me to complete my experience.

Apparently @Epigonos did not meet up with him.

$400 and he is right here in Palm Springs. I know someone who would be quite interested, except for the rate and the screening! The only time I paid $400 (for time only!) I really lusted after the guy. It was $400 CDN, about $320 US. This was back when $200 was a going rate.

I saw an airplane toilet scene that was really hot with a really hot guy. Is this a genre?

Huge turmoil behind the scenes at the LA Times. Hard to believe... https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/business/story/2020-09-21/la-times-shaken-by-a-summer-of-turmoil-and-scandals

I agree with @xyz48B. Sometimes the older threads are not exactly the same, or are stale. A fresh look can take a fresh thread.
-
I don't think he should have charged or the socializing time, but then we always say rates are for time only, so he obviously can.

It's always worth a revisit. Is it erotica? Not explicitly. It certainly is on a higher level than the books I mention here.
