  1. I once saw an off-Broadway play starring Fran Drescher and Eric McCormack of Will and Grace. After the play, many in the audience lined up out front to see the actors come out. Fran was nice. She started with her trademark whine and the folks loved it. McCormack slinked away quickly without even acknowledging the crowd. I'll take Fran over him any day.
  2. Last year I also posted this. The result was similar. 21 views. World AIDS Day is not of interest here, and that's sad, or so I think. Is it only older guys who want to honor the suffering and compassion our community showed way back when we were being attacked by this virus?
  3. Did your parents also cum?
  4. Details to follow in Charlie's upcoming book! Oh, Casey!
  5. Why not watch Broadway Bares shows on YouTube? Here's one:
  6. Having considered the options, I plan to make an appointment for the work. I will ask them about COVID safety measures they take. Thanks for the advice.
  7. This is not a dental cleaning. It is surgery and that I think poses a greater risk. I did the cleaning at the regular dentist last month without getting anything....except a bill!
  8. When I was moving from New York to the West Coast, my neighbor upstairs knocked on my door in New York. He said he had heard I was moving. He had once spotted me at the gym, but we didn't ever interact besides that. "Well," he said, "since you are moving I thought this was my chance to tell you I have always wanted you to fuck me. Can we do that?" I responded favorably, saying maybe we could do that sometime later, expecting that it would never happen since I wasn't really interested. He was having none of that! "How about right now?, he asked. "I want you to role play my coach fucking me." So what do you think happened next? You are right. We did it. Not sure if he was totally satisfied with my role playing, but he got what he came for.
  9. How could the woman tell just from returning the cable box that you rented a lot of porn?
  10. It's hard to make sense of this, with all of its exceptions seemingly undermining the advice: “Effective immediately, the City’s Health Commissioner is advising older adults and people with underlying health conditions who are at an increased risk of severe COVID-related illness to limit activities outside the home, except leaving home to travel to work or school, or for essential purposes including medical care, grocery shopping or pharmacy necessities,” the de Blasio administration said in a statement. “The advisory also applies to household members and caregivers of these individuals,” the notice said. “Those covered by this advisory should also wear a face covering at all times indoors and outdoors — including when around members of their own household who have known exposure to COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms of the virus, or frequently interact with the public,” the statement said. “Additionally, to limit your interactions with other people as much as possible, individuals covered by the advisory are advised not to have guests in their homes except for necessary caregivers and to avoid travel within and outside of New York City,” the statement said. https://nypost.com/2020/12/01/nyc-urges-covid-vulnerable-to-stay-home-wear-masks-indoors/
  11. Today we take time to remember those who we have lost to AIDS. The epidemic seems far gone, but people are still getting the disease. I lived in San Francisco during the epidemic. My memories are still strong of that awful time. The resilience of the gay community then is remembered with the theme of today's commemoration:
  12. With COVID raging, is it safe to have teeth extracted and bone grafting done? If I don't do it before the end of the month, I lose the dental coverage. But it seems safer to wait until I have been vaccinated. What do you think? Would you do it now? I am advised that the work is necessary, but waiting to do it is possible as no one knows when the bad teeth will get worse. Delta Dental must be rolling in the dough what with dental offices closed across the country and people otherwise avoiding dentists who do open. I feel like my premiums were charitable donations to Delta Dental!
  13. My library is not taking donations of books "for the foreseeable future." But I join the chorus of those who encourage getting rid of most thins. The NY Times today has an article somewhat related to this: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/01/realestate/renovating-after-a-break-up.html?action=click&module=Well&pgtype=Homepage&section=Real%20Estate
  14. Indeed it has turned out to be a great thread with lots of cute guys. @marylander1940 and @Whitman have made some great contributions!
  15. Getting plenty of rest is a good idea, as well as watching what you eat to get the right nutrients. I am trying to exercise more, but it's hard with the gym closed. I keep a positive attitude despite the tough times.
  16. Fifty Fun Fiddler Facts! Did you know that Borat played Tevye when he studied at Cambridge? More: https://www.broadway.com/buzz/177572/lchaim-50-facts-about-fiddler-on-the-roof-on-the-musicals-50th-anniversary/
  17. 2 posts and zero links.
  18. Isn't it amazing that we even have Medicare available to us? Whatever premiums I pay are more than compensated for in benefits.
  19. He showed you his test? Did that lead to showing his testicles? ?
  20. Oh, honey. You start most of the threads so I just thought it was okay that you didn't start this one. How was your Thanksgiving?
  21. The Dunes in Saugatuck was long on my bucket list, so a few years ago we booked two nights. After the first night, we left. It was a lesbian weekend that weekend. Sigh.
  22. I'm just learning about Chihuahua Beach in Uruguay. See the South America forum for more.
  23. The hotel runs about $100 nightly. Uruguay seems to have COVID under control, so a gay hotel with a gay beach there sounds pretty nice right now. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g1238496-d7828195-Reviews-Undarius_Hotel-Punta_Ballena_Maldonado_Maldonado_Department.html
  24. I'd love to be "doing" an Adonis, or at least coming at the show.
  25. @marylander1940 took some time off for dinner on Thanksgiving. Glad you took up the slack! We all need time off once in a while.
