    My wife

As a pediatrician I would comment that wife/mom is also stressed and issues like this need to be dealt with carefully to avoid complete blow up. Dad - speak to your pediatrician about ways both of you can take the pressure off. Get some sex as soon as permitted by mom's obstetrician. If mom is breastfeeding - OFFER to give the baby a bottle (of breastmilk) so mom can rest at night/any other time - in other words, help mom. When mom sees he is trying, she should be happier. NB - Who knows? Check the review section here.
  2. Preview attachment 20180224_143633.jpg20180224_143633.jpg3.9 MB So sorry I don't have a contact for the undoubtably magnificent chauffeurs who were fortunate enough to have steered these gorgeous machines. Any volunteers? For those not into antique automobiles, this car and I hesitate to call it just a car, in the center is the famous '33 Duesenberg Arlington Torpedo Sedan known as the "20 Grand" - named for it's cost in 1933. It was displayed at the Chicago World's Fair of 1933-34 before it was bought by a private party. it is still truly a magnificent piece of workmanship. What a "duesy" (doozy)! And this is where the expression came from.

  8. Isn't this why most of us hire: we want what we want and we dont want to waste our time being disappointed with who we might meet/pick up/hook up. Skills vary - and please, I do not think I'm God's gift to sex - but even I at 70 have been majorly disappointed with some of the men I've met and been with. As Monarchy says above, many are selfish, limited in skills, too submissive, or just out to get their rocks off. It's just much easier to go to a masseur or escort with whom you have had very satisfying experiences. Me personally - give me 2 hours with certain providers and I come home a happy man with a shit-eating grin on my face ready to face the world. I dont think your views are tainted in the least - you are just discovering what others in this community have already discovered, there ARE men out there who sure know what they are doing.
  9. Not quite the same but . . . Had bad car accident with back injury at age 28. Dealt with increasing pain and degenerative arthritis in my spine for years and finally, when the pain was unbearable despite opioids of all ilk, I had surgery for fusion. Surgery worked great expect I was in such bad shape it took me over a year to be functional. I then tore a disc, had a discectomy, reached a point with the degenerative issues that 2 days prior to my 50th I sold my practice (21 years ago.) THEN I went to work to rehab my body. At that point if I bent over a nurse had to straighten me back up. I spent 3 days a week with a rehab trainer at Gold's Gym (the original in Venice) for a solid 2 years, never missed a day, and I was finally human again, able to participate in activities I hadn't in years. Still in pain, variable degrees, on meds as necessary, use self hypnosis when needed. Bottom line - perseverance is what got me thru. Dont give up, push push push. Eventually you look back and say wow.
  10. I'm not really into tattoos but they dont turn me off. Most tattoos are meh- take it or leave it but I have seen or seen pix of some really beautiful tats. Real works of art. That being said, and I don't know why but there are some that just TURN ME ON! There is a porn star, Logan McCree, whose entire body is tattooed and for some reason I find it HOT! Major Hot! Just my 2 cents. . .
  11. The scar tissue issue was not even on the board until my doc did the first epidural endoscopy and could directly visualize the actual scar tissue. He even did a complete video showing wide open areas where the contrast moved around freely and then all of a sudden it just stops flowing and backs up where the scar tissue is. He used the end of the scope to dislodge some of it and then repeated the procedure every 4 -6 months until he couldn't dislodge any more of it. The first time he did it I was pain free for the first time in about18-20 years and i refused to move off the gurney after the procedure because I didn't want to jinx the results and have the pain return. When i look back on it, it was really pretty funny, in a weird sort of way!
  12. I truly sympathize. I went thru a very long period of severe lower back pain, herniated discs, degenerative arthritis, etc etc and I finally gave up my medical practice when I was 49. I had already had 2 surgeries (fusion and discectomy) which vastly improved my condition but not enough not to be able to have a productive life. A very good pain doc gave up on me and referred me to a colleague who was amazing. He was formally an anesthesiologist who switched to pain management. He was also against surgery for most cases because of side issues - my problems mostly turned out to be scar tissue (from trauma rather than the earlier surgeries) wrapped around nerve roots and it is just about impossible to get rid of it. He was able to do epidural endoscopy ( put a scope into the epidural space) and scrape the scar tissue away from the nerves but it never lasted. He said the same - it hopefully will burn itself out. Roughly 15 years later it is finally beginning to ease up. Of course I wind up taking 10 mg norco every night but that is certainly better than needing it during the day, too. That's why I sold my medical practice - I couldn't afford to take a chance with taking the meds AND working at the same time. Several other things helped immensely - he had a psychologist in his office who specialized in hypnosis and who taught me self hypnosis in order for me to control my own perceptions of the pain - it's been years and I still use the self hypnosis, esp. on the now rare instances when the pain is exvruciating. I had multiple epidural endoscopies and radiofrequency denervations to literally burn/kill certain nerves - took a number of sessions but ultimately was successful. I also use marijuana edibles - every night - sleep is wonderful esp without any kind of hangover in the am. Mind you, my problems were thoracic and lumbar not cervical. My bro-in-law had neck issues and had a fusion performed, still had pain but much less and I referred him to my doc who did a series of epidurals which worked like a charm. But they must be done by an EXPERT. They were done under anesthsia and with fluoroscopy to guarantee being in the right location. The point of this is that should you try to wait this out without surgery, find yourself the best pain management specialist available and don't settle for one who just does an epidural and gives you pills. The interesting thing about opiates is that you can take them for long periods without addiction IF THE BODY IS IN PAIN. You may develop tolerance whereby you might begin to require higher doses but you can quit and have no withdrawal. If the body DOES NOT need them, you do become addicted. As far as the edibles, I can't say that it is the CBD because I am using a hybrid preparation which gets me to sleep and helps my appetite. Truly, good luck!
  13. He really is at the top of the pile...and it's really just the way he is. The best. If you dont connect, keep trying til you do. He's worth every second!
  14. Dont remember tuition cost for medical school but my apartment was $250 split 3 ways. Tuition for undergrad was $1200 per year as out of state student.
  15. Apple now covers the keypad under warranty. My MacBook Pro is 8 years old and just beginning to act funky so I decided to get a new iMac with 27" monitor - all I can say is wow (esp for porn!). I got it now because BEST BUY had a sale $350 off and it's much cheaper than a new Macbook Pro and no prob with the keyboard. Love the new touchpad instead of the mouse too. Overall, VERY happy with it. I've kept the Macbook for when I have to take it to work, etc and when it goes - bye. The other thing I've done with my Macbook is to clean it out every few months so there are no unwanted programs running, esp in background.
  16. It took about 8 years from the time I (my office) participated in the safety arm of the evaluation of the vaccine until it came out for general usage!
  17. If it were me, I would get the shots and then if I got Shingles again go get medication - probably Valtrex.
  18. Yes - absolutely get both shots. There are shortages of the vaccine so if and when you have the chance, don't pass it up! Again, for those of you who have had the old vaccine (the new one has been in wide use only about 6-8 months), get the new one!!!
  19. I usually recommend in am tho I have not seen any articles that comment. Meals dont matter, this is injected and food has no bearing.
  20. As long as good hygiene is observed, proper precautions taken during sex (circumcision is found to reduce incidence of HIV significantly), and you dont catch your foreskin in your zipper, I would not recommend the procedure as an adult - pain, infection, pain, pain and more pain. And dont forget the risk of infection. As far as the zipper goes, years ago in my ER days, Fridays and Saturdays were not complete unless you had at least 1 guy stuck.
  21. As stated above!
  22. As was mentioned by Rudynate, "in the hands of a good practitioner. . ." I'll go for the botox and filler and have judiciously done both. I do those things as part of my anti-aging practice and there are only a few docs in town (LA) that even I would trust to do me. When I do botox on patients, i only use freshly opened botox and what little may be left at the end of the day I use on myself. No one can tell - I simply look rested. As far as filler, same issue but I dont do myself. Often I will get some 40 something men who are out of work and on the interview merry go round and I can take 10 years off their faces IF THEY LET ME DO IT RIGHT. Too often patients want their faces frozen with no lines (and resultant no expression), lips plumped far beyond what should be and I turn them away - it reflects poorly on me. Less is certainly more in these cases. Couple the above with hormone replacement (yes, Aunt Tilly, testosterone cream and thyroid also help the skin) and you'll look very well rested! and not artificial! Of course, if you start taking care of your skin in your 20's and 30's, don't smoke, ease up on the alcohol, wear sun block and a hat, just to name a few good recommendations, you may not need the usual Vit B (botox) and Vit F (filler) until wayyy later in life. A nice peel once or twice a year would help, too.
  23. Usual side effects at dose between 0.5 and 2.0 iu daily are usually transient - achy joints, fluid retention. Usually gone in a couple of weeks.
