@Oliver I'm so sorry to read this. I don't know how I missed this post, but I began to wonder why I hadn't seen any posts from Epigonos recently. Just terribly sad to news to read. I think it's on purpose. I noticed odd things happening or not happening like they did previously with rent dot men shortly after they launched the new app site. I honestly think they are disabling features to force people to use the newer site.
