    Google Alerts are a big help: Keywords that will immediately send the article or post to an email address. I also have a few small private FB groups that I belong to on the internet that scour the web all day in search of these things. I give AZ a good chance honoring this, especially after how kindly CX handled theirs. We'll see.

    TSA is thankless and I can't imagine the shit they put up with on the daily. While I've complained in the past, I'm now always kind to them, even when they've having a bad day or adjusting the rulebook. It's really just a modified, personal version of only picking the battles you can win.

    VG will hopefully never close. They're old guard and are likely to remain that way. That said, I used to think the same thing about Premier in Philly. That didn't work out so well for them in the end.
