Sure, when they notify me I've gotten a new review, I check it out. I don't encourage my guys to write reviews on their system as RM's reputation for allowing bullshit to pass is well-known. I saw this a few days ago and have many of the same concerns as you. O'Hara and Chase sound great, but need to crank the ham to max. This show works better when those two chew the scenery (as evidenced when Mazzie and Mitchell did it. They were incredible). Stephanie Styles was incredible. First show on Broadway and she's giving a TONY performance up there. I did feel that all of the leads were rushing their lines. I want to clearly hear my Cole Porter, thanks. However, all said, it's still in previews and will fix itself no doubt. Tons of talent on that stage that just needs more time with the material and live audiences to find a good rhythm.
