  1. Yep. RM will feature you (without paying for it) if they think you have a marketable look/pictures. I've had my profile put on 'platinum listing' multiple times without requesting it. It's a nice gesture on their part.
  2. The line between Broadway and Vegas is beginning to blur to an unrecognizable point
  3. This. It's an old tactic that listing sites use to boost numbers and appear they have a solid stable of advertisers. They tried to (lazily) import my ad from RM and I emailed them to delete it off their site.
  4. I also believe there's a pearl necklace-J Edgar Hoover punchline in here somewhere
  5. I'd have suggested Hoover, but I think I'd look terrible in a dress *rimshot*
  6. Depends on what you're wearing (or not wearing), cleaning the carpets can be pretty sexy
  7. The heyday of gay meccas is long since gone. With acceptance comes homogenization. I've seen what's now happening to Ptown already happen to Key West.
  8. There's no such thing as too much notice for me. My schedule can book out at over a month in advance, so it's always nice when someone gives me a decent heads up.
  9. The Favourite has its moments, but there are also a ton of languishing, stereotypical film school shots that simply feel like filler and not like it's moving the storyline forward. This is the 'small film' darling of the upcoming awards season that every media outlet is getting behind. Emma Stone gives a strong performance and Colman chews the scenery with the best of them. I'd more recommend Vox Lux if you want to see something edgy and truly interesting.
  10. As always, The Slater has spoken and he's spot-on I get those kinds of messages and they immediately end up in the trash
  11. I'm fine with outbursts as long as it includes us being naked www.15MinutesMore.com
  12. Bingo. And extra points for you posting the term: In business, it's an important one to remember. It's very much how the airlines survive: 80% of their profits come from the 20% of premium-class (paid) passengers.
  13. Get naked. Stay naked. Have more sex.
  14. I find it sorta cute when they try to disparage me... Try being the operative word.
  15. I truly think this 'mafia' only existed in the minds of guys who never got the business they wanted from the city and had to find something to blame. Dallas isn't a bad place to work: There's a lot of very generous local gents who are looking for a long term, rinse-and-repeat arrangement.
  16. This is quickly turning into a glass house kind of thread
  17. Conversation should always be organic. If it feels forced, the other party will feel it every single time. I find letting someone else take the lead on email exchanges to be the best course. It's not in my wheelhouse to come across as pushy on a next meet, so I almost always try to remain conversationally neutral until someone specifically mentions it.
  18. Anyone want to put money on if she actually opens with it?
  19. I think the space is right, but damn this show was overrated. Circle in the Square is probably my favorite Broadway house, but I don't see this particular production settling into a long run. I could be wrong: I hope I am.
  20. Good to see DL lead the way with this. Let's hope other airlines follow suit. The Emotional Support Animal thing has gotten way out of hand.
  21. If you're established, it's easier to implement these kinds of deposits without too much push back. If you have a reliable history and solid reviews, I'd say try it out and see if it works for you. If you're just starting out or still working on building up a regular/repeat clientele, think more carefully about how many roadblocks you're willing to put up in an attempt to avoid flakes.
  22. Everything in life moves forward. Progress is the backbone of growth and success. Default or M4M seems to be a more traditional layout than the NextGen design.
  23. My lips are sealed
  24. The post-holiday bloodbath on Broadway begins Shocked that Head Over Heels didn't close sooner. Sad to see OOTI go. It was a wonderful revival.
  25. Ah, the greatly missed Fosterchow. He had a erudite way with words... and was one incredible guy
