Update - he was indeed prompt and professional in informing me of his $350 fee and confirming time and place of the incall appointment.

I understand the cost involved for traveling escorts visiting NYC and a need to pack in as many appointments as possible.  But at least put in some effort getting to know your client a bit, please.
