I had a friend who peppered his conversation with "y'know"s. I wouldn't confirm a work appointment. We all share the same calendar system, I consider it my own responsibility to keep up with meetings I've accepted. I work with a guy who just got called out, publicly, for consistently showing up late (like 20 minutes late) to meetings he's organized. This was after doing that for three meetings in one day.
